Bed and Breakfast Le Sibille - Rome

The B&B is located on a busy street with restaurants, cafes, and small stores; just around the block from the Cipro train station and a few blocks from the Vatican. At night, it was very quiet and we felt safe. The room was spacious, clean, and had Wi-Fi so that we could readily connect back home. We enjoyed breakfast - Capuccino and croissant - at the cafe next to the B&B. We only stayed for one night but were very satisfied with the room and service. Thanks!

Excellent But remark: Typical (very small) italian Breakfast (1 tea with a brioche)

When we arrived, the owner would not accept a credit card as payment, even though both the Venere and the B&B Sibille's own web site both stated that credit cards were accepted. The owner actually held our passports until we went to the Bancomat and withdrew enough cash to pay the bill in advance. The room was nice but not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpets in the bedroom didn't appear to have been vacuumed. We stayed at three B&B's while in Italy, and this is the only one we wouldn't return to. However, we did discover a great restaurant called La Ruota directly across the street from Le Sibille that is a favorite of the locals. The food was fantastic and the wait staff very personable.

The location of this B&B is quite convenience. We can reach Vatican and the station easily. And the room is very clean and comfortable. But, there is no sign on the entrance of the building. So, we can't find which floor to ring a bell. If you want to stay this B&B, you must check the floor(it is 6th floor) and room number before.

La verdad, nos vino muy bien la ubicacion, aunque no esta en el centro (esta en el vaticano) caminamos para todos lados, que es lo mejor para recorrer Roma. La habitacion super limpia, lo hacia cada dia, tiene tv aire acond y baño privado, el desayuno no es gran cosa pero esta bien para empezar la mañana, lo sirve Orietta que es la dueña muy amable y simpatica, altamente recomendable!!

We really liked the room's furnishings, its proximity to the metro and the excellent price/quality ratio. It should be avoided however by the linguistically challenged: the owner/hostess/only member of staff did not speak a word of English, or any other language except Italian. We improvised quite nicely though (free game of charades with every stay :-).

Nei dintorni non c'è gran che vita, cosa che invece era tra uno dei punti elogiati della struttura.

I liked le sibille a lot. it is an apartment out of which the owner rents two rooms. nice clean room , pleasantly furnished, comfortable bed. there is no breakfast room, etc., so breakfast is brought to your room, which worked for me. good location on a pleasant street very close to the vatican museum and the cipro metro station. the landlady is a delight!

My experience was very good. The room was clean and quiet. If I come back to Rome I'll probably return there

Posizione ideale vicino a fermata metro e bus. (10/15 minuti di bus per il centro) Pulizia ottima e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni :-) Zona tranquilla, le finestre si affacciano su un cortile interno perció si dorme benissimo senza rumori. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.
