Bed and Breakfast Le Muse - Rome

It is a room in an appartment there is no hotel nobody speaks any language, I had to wait in the street for 45' for entering!

La habitación es muy agradable, limpia y el barrio es muy tranquilo. La dirección es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero después de la primera vez ya se llega fácil. En términos generales me pareció muy buena la estancia allí. Una recomendación, el acceso se puede realizar por bus o por tren, yo recomiendo usar el bus. la parada del tren es Campo Sportivi (en la estación no se ve el nombre claramente), hay una línea donde el tren no para en esta estación y la siguiente queda bastante lejos. Todo lo demás estuvo estupendo.

Il servizio lascia a desiderare, non ci sono parcheggi liberi nei dintorni, solo a pagamento. occorre fare 10 minuti a piedi e poi altri 10 minuti di "metropolitana" per attivare in centro.

Great place but you have to take the train and then the metro to get the city center.

The bed had seen its best days and was rather uncomfortable. The surrounding of the "hotel" were really nice, green and quiet. It was difficult to find it though as it is not a real hotel but more like an apartment. The "hotel" is quite far from the city center.

Really good. Antonella is very friendly and welcoming. You can go down-town with the bus 360 (to "Zama" from "Muse") which takes you from Muse to Termini. Then catch the metro or anyother bus. To go from Termini to the hotel, you should take the 360 to Muse. To find the stop of this bus: it´s situated between the "Terme de Diocleziano" and the Termini St. This "360" service is available from 6am to 11.59pm. You have an alternative plan to go downtown by train: 1)from the B&B go down the hill, then you have a path which leads you to the route. Turn right when you reach the route and you will see a small sign "ai treni". You should get down in the FIRST stairs, that let you access the train to "Flaminio- Pzza del Popolo". This works until 9pm. NightBus... there aren´t many options... 29N or 30N from the "Coliseum" and get down in "Pzza Ungheria" and walk 7-9 squares. If you take the 360 don´t forguet to get down in the "Le Muse", so that you walk down the hill (and forget to go up). I padroni sono gentilissimi. Mi hanno permesso di parcheggiare il frugone senza pagare. Ma nella zona c'era tanta cacca del cane. E arrivare in macchina e' troppo dificile per noi stranieri. Pero' direi di nuovo che i padroni sono veramente gentili. Ringraziamo tanto.

The room was modest at best. The kitchenette actually overhangs the bed, and the bathroom can barely accomodate one person. The bed was really comfy. If you are in Rome for the living, this isn't the place. But we went to Rome for Rome, so this was an alright place to put our head down. The location was pretty decent, close enough to the Metro to you into the heart of the city, but if you are expecting to stay in the city till late (later than 9pm), you had better have some taxi money, because the public transport taking you to Le Muse either closes or the services become very, very sparse. Antonella is a nice lady and very helpful.

I would use the room again.

Room was very small. facilities poor. sound insulation none. although it is ok location, transport in rome means paying for somewhere more central is worth it.

Its a little bit outside from the center of Rome, but it´s a quite and safty living-area. The price-quality is good. It was clean and we had our own cooking-facilities. If you had to look on your money, than it´s a good option to stay in Le Muse. And we enjoy to sit outside on our own terrace.

La stanza era piccolissima e soprattutto con il letto aggiunto lo spazio per muoversi era ridotto al minimo. La stanza era molto umida e nonostante l'alta temperatura esterna il pavimento del "terrazzo" in due giorni non si e' asciugato. Il "terrazzo" (praticamente e' il marciapiede con un separe' di bambu) era quindi inagibile per la colazione. Nonostante ci sia stato fornito tutto il necessario per la colazione come indicato nel sito, siamo pero' stati costretti a fare colazione in tre a turno su un minuscolo scrittoio. Nota positiva e' la posizione e un buon collegamento con i mezzi pubblici.
