La Voliera B&B is the right compromise for who wishes to save what you would spend to the historical center but wants this easy to get staying in a quarter near and optimally connected.We are far a few minutes walking from Trastevere Train Station and the Air Terminal for Fiumicino Airport, just 20 minutes from the historical center, and no more than a stone's thrown from Roma Tre University, La Voliera B&B is located in a beautiful residential district that can boast a supermarket opens until the 22 in the evening, a host of excellent restaurants and the famous Roman Sunday market at Porta Portese.The structure is composed by three double rooms and it comes complete with garage parking. From the station can easy be caught up. S.Peter, the historical center (it's sufficient one connection!) and the airport of Fiumicino.We privilege the “maximal independence” hospitality: our guests will have the keys of their apartments, so that you will not have any time-table restrictions or being forced pass through a reception every time you get in or out. The breakfast is self service with packed food in the respect of the touristic - laws of Lazio Region, and it consists in:corn-flakes, snacks, biscuits, sliced bread (ideal for sandwich and toast), marmalade, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee.And finally we do the cleaning daily of the rooms. IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS It's essential you communicate to us the time of your check-in at least two days of your arrival; otherwise you could not meet anybody opening the door because we are not always at home. If you need the place for you car you have to fix two days before your arrival because the place are only two. The check in is between 13-21. We request a surcharge for arrivals until midnight . We don't accept arrivals after midnight. We accept check-in only from midday to 6 pm on 31 December.

B&B is far from center of the city, you need to use public transport (bus, about 20-25 min from piazza Venezia). Quiet place. Very big terrace, where you can relax. ...

How to reach La Voliera Bed and Breakfast

By car
HOW TO GET TO LA VOLIERA BY CAR
a)From Firenze highway A1 exit to Roma Nord and then go to G.R.A. (grande raccordo anulare) in the Fiumicino/Civitavecchia direction. Once you are on the G.R.A. exit to Roma/Fiumicino towards Rome; from here turn towards Magliana/Trastevere and follow the direction for Piazzale della Radio; then turn left towards Via Isacco Newton and go up a ramp keeping the right. Once on Via Isacco Newton, turn towards Via Portuense/centro and once you get to Via portuense go straight on, cross Largo La Loggia and when the street descends keep to the right and turn right to Via di vigna pia (there is a direction for the restraurant “La Carovana”). Then turn immediately left to Via Ettore Palladini, go straight, and at the end of the street there is Via Belluzzo. Turn right and we are on the left, at number 27. If you have any problems feel free to call me. Please do not enter your car inside the residence before I come down, because it is a private parking and I have to show you which one is for you.
b)From Napoli exit to the G.R.A. (grande raccordo anulare) towards Fiumicino and take Roma/Fiumicino towards Roma. From here the same directions of a).

By public transportation
HOW TO GET TO LA VOLIERA BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
1.From Termini station.
a)Catch the train for Trastevere station. From here catch 780 bus and go to the intersection of Via Oderisi Da Gubbio and Via Grimaldi. La Voliera is five minutes walking: from the bus stop go straight to (the same direction of the bus) and turn right at the first street (is a descent), Via Di San Pantaleo; at the end of the street there is Via Portuense; here turn left and pass under the two bridges (the one for cars and the old one for trains). Then the first street on the left (there is Blockbuster on the corner) is Via Giuseppe Belluzzo. Go up to number 27. call on the intercom and wait for our answer even if the gate is open.
From Trastevere station it is also possible to get here by walking, it takes about twenty minutes: out of the station square go down thru Via degli orti di Cesare. At the end of the street turn right passing under trastevere station’s bridge. After the bridge, before Via Volpato starts, turn right to Via Portuense: you can’t miss it because there’s the police station. Go along Via Portuense until it becomes a two lane road. Go straight and pass under the two bridges (the one for cars and the old one for trains). Then turn left onto the first street (there is Blockbuster on the corner): Via Giuseppe Belluzzo. Go up to number 27. call on the intercom and wait for our reply even if the gate is open.

b)From Termini station you can also catch the H bus and go down by Circonvallazione Gianicolense in front of San Camillo Hospital. From here (you have to keep the same side of way, you have not to cross the street) you can get the bus 710 (Direction Lenin) and go down by second stop of Via Giuseppe Belluzzo; go up by foot to number 27. Call on the intercom and wait for our reply even if the gate is open.

2.From Fiumicino airport
Take the train for Trastevere station, then follow the same instructions 1-a.

3.From Ciampino airport
Take the Pullman for Termini, then follow the same inst
