Our room was not sound-isolated from the street and also very cold; suggestion: change glasses type to Clymalit. Bathroom was not cleaned during our staying (3 nights).

It is a normal flat with 4 or 5 rooms and a single bathroom. The breakfast (industrial pastry and coffee) is served IN the room, there is not a room where you can sit in front of the table and have breakfast. The main disadvantage is that the owners are not in the flat all the time, so you have to arrive the first day at a certain time, and have breakfast at the time they serve it, so it is not very flexible. It is located in a mostly residential area 10-15 min walk from the Metro station. The rooms and bathroom are clean.

We had reserved 2 rooms, but a medical emergency sent our friends home early. We were not charged for the unused room, a very welcome surprise! Our host provided a generous sack lunch for our early departure for the airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a map of Rome when we arrived. The only complaint we have is that the ad in Venere started that the rooms were air conditioned. They were not. We had a fan in our room on request, but no air conditioning. No noise from other rooms, but street noise from busy area around our B & B. Overall, a good stay, but we would have liked a bigger breakfast.

The room is spacious though the service is poor. we wait for two hours at the front gate cause there is no receiption at all. And the breakfast is poor which is serviced in a bar nearby with only a cup of coffee and a piece of bread. Anyway, it is just a place to sleep.

at least 4 rooms available; it was full the night I stayed. at 10pm people were coming back and unfortunately my room was right beside entrace; some of them left light open in hallway; rooms have glass doors letting light go thru...I had an early flight needed to sleep but unable; also, being in a large condominium some other neighbough were very loud arround 4am... Breakfast is not serve in the appartment but in a restaurant few steps away; however my early departure resulted with a close restaurant...I paid 55euro for a room without private bathroom, no breakfast serve on site and single beds ....I find this very expensive. Will never return there for sure.

The GRA to take "to Tangential East-center" direction "S.Giovanni". From the escape of the tangential one we are to 900mt, or from the GRA Rome direction South, to cover the Way Cristoforo Columbus for 10km approximately

By train
From the TERMINI Station: metropolitan line A direction Anagnina, stopped "S.Giovanni" or "Public square King of Rome". From the Tiburtina station: metropolitan B line direction "Eur Magliana", to come down to TERMINI Station, to take to metropolitan coincidence line A.

By public transportation
Our B&B, situated in zone centers them, very is connected with the other zones of Rome with bus publics and metropolitan The bus number 360 will lead to you under ours b&b or takes to the metropolitan line A direction Anagnina, stopped "S.Giovanni" or "Public square King of Rome".
