Really good location 5 minutes from Termini station but on quiety street with large grocery 3 minutes away. A bit noisy in front due to old thin windows so ask for room at rear. No common room and breakfast brough in on tray but really no table in all rooms. Make sure owner knows your arrival time as there is no front desk and he must arrive with keys.

Our stay at La Corte dei Fiori was very good. The staff on duty was very friendly but when she was having difficulty with the credit card machine, she insisted I pay in cash immediately. This was irritating since I hadn't brought enough cash and emailed ahead to confirm that credit card could be used. The breakfast was good and served with a smile each morning. Our room and washroom were cleaned each day and the place was very well-kept. The room we had was quite noisy due to the consistent activity on the street below, but if you want a room in a great location, there is always going to be activity, and we acknowledge that. The location was indeed great - only a five minute walk to Termini and maybe 10 minutes to Piazza Reppublica, which was quite lovely and houses a the nicest McDonald's patio I've ever eaten at.

Near from the train station. Great place!!. The manager and the rest of the stuff were really helpfull. Itś just a few blocks from piazza della reppublica and 15 minutes by walk from piazza di spagna and fontana di trevi.

Conveniently located near the Station Termini, in a quiet little street. Room was nice and clean with an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is served in the room, and is nothing special, but that's Italy.

This B & B was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in a double room as they do not have twin bed rooms but the bed was big and spacious. It was just like the photos shown on the website and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served to the room and adequate although a lot of packaged products. I would stay there again.

SUPER B&B!!!

We recently stayed two nights at this B&B. It is only a 5 minute walk from the station and easy to find. Enrico and the girl who cleaned the rooms & served breakfast were very helpful & their English was good. The room was kept spotlessly clean. Couldn't ask for better, and would happily stay here again when next visiting Rome. Good restaurant immediately below hotel.

A warm greeting every morning from Gianna as a lovely breakfast was punctually served with a smile started off each day. La Corte dei Fiore is well located with easy access to all forms of transportation and within walking distance of many of Rome great sights. This spotlessly clean, comfortable room was a perfect place to rest up for the next day. Enrico, the owner, is easily accessible and an entertaining conversationalist, bursting with pride for his city and his B&B - and he should be!Take advantage of his super recommendations for dinner places in the area.

We were a bit skeptical when we came to this B&B as there were no banners or anything outside! The barber shop downstairs showed us that we had to ring the bell! This B&B is in an apt building and it is actually an apt converted into few different rooms. Here are the pros n cons: 1. Very spacious room (we stayed in the Tulipano room) 2. Remodeled n spacious bathroom 3. In-room breakfast was nice 4. Excellent customer service Cons 1. No phone in the room 2. The one person who sits there is right next to the rooms although they are quiet 3. The shower in fine except every so often it goes from hot water to really cold water..you have to turn it off and turn it back on again after few min Overall, this is a great budget B&B and worth the money! Its 5 min walk from Termini station which is another plus! Overall, I highly recommend this B&B.

They were so kind and the room was spacious and clean. My friend and I were very satisfied with this B&B. Every morning, cappucino was served, it was wonderful!!! If I go to Rome again, I will stay here again. :)

We really enjoyed our stay in La Corte dei Fiori. Excellent location, near Termini station. Rooms are of good size, very clean, and neatly arranged. Very friendly people, warm welcoming. A little minus point is the breakfast, which is served in the room (seems romantic but it's not that convenient) and rather limited in choice. Overall quality vs. price is absolutely ok. I would surely recommend this B&B!

Great breakfast (usual Rome B&B but a lot of it), room was spotless each day, perfect location. Arrived on time and my room had the air conditioning on which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

good location, newly renovated, well-decorated cute, clean and comfortable rooms (remarkably nice bathroom), satisfactory breakfast. It is significantly close to Termini train station, very convenient if you plan to travel to other cities by train. ask rooms with a street view...

Had to pay first, which I wasn't prepared for. The host was friendly but knew very little english so communucation was problematic. The location is a quick walk to Termini which will easily let you get to anywhere in Rome. Rooms were clean and newly remodeled. AC was very nice when we visited.

The only problem you may have is that you may need ear plugs at night if your room is over the street level because you have 3 other hotels on the same street and a restaurant. There's activities every night! The breakfast was simple and fresh. There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance of your B&B. There's a laundry mat and a convienence store. There's no public phone in the building, you will need to go to the train station. You will need to pay in cash the next day. My room was fine and clean, it had a TV, table with a chair and a large wall unit, the washroom was very clean as well... Please call the day before to confirm your time of arrival because no one is there during the afternoon or evening. They are located on the second floor, apartment #5. They will provide you with a set of keys for the front gate and the front door and your room key. Please try the keys to make sure that you are able to open the doors. Enjoy your stay. I was well taken care.

We stayed for five nights and were very pleased even though we only managed to get a room with an external private bathroom. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless and clean. In fact the whole place was very neat and the air had a pleasantly subtle scent thanks to the aroma lamps. The room itself had a high ceiling, was pretty spacious and had a mini fridge. Location of the hotel is great (about a 5 min walk from Termini)as it is in a fairly quiet side street of an otherwise busy area. Harry and Joan are also very nice and helpful people. Overall La Corte dei Fiori exceeded our expectations and if we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

The place is perfect. People there, either Enrico or the girl who serves breakfast are extremelly kind and helpful. The room was the nicest we found in the whole trip around Europe. The location is great although we had trouble to find the place the 1rst day. The map is not very clear. Every detail is considered sometimes you think you are at 5***.

Very nice B&B. Only negative thing is the sound from the restaurant under the building which might be a bit noisy. However, this place is excellent. Recommend all you guys to stay here.

This was the best B&B we stayed at during our trip through Italy, France & the UK and it exceeded all of our hopes. We found the staff SO helpful (a big thank you to you all for everything you did for us - you were so kind and thoughtful) and friendly; the room was really clean, comfortable, warm. Everything we could've wanted. Really good value for $ especially given it was so central and only 2 minutes walk to the termini plus little restaurants all around the area. Perfect. And we got engaged while in beautiful Roma!

Very heplful and nice owners. Good location. Just a little too small room. There were some construction going on out side and the noices came to the rooms loudly since the windows couldn't be closed properly.

We got the one (and only) room that does not come with an ensuite bath, meaning that we had to cross the hallway to get into our bathroom. Regarding the fact that breakfast was also prepared in this very same hallway crossing this section was very uncomfortable. I would at least have expected to get a better price for this room. The rooms to the street, although being a very small street, can get noisy when groups from the opposite hotel are checking out.

We came to Rome late Sunday night and were greeted by the owner and his wife who were very welcoming. They even went out of their way to drive us to a bar close-by to grab some much needed food and drink! The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Great access to metro and train. Overall a very positive experience and an excellent value for your money!

The accomodation was fine but it was ruined by the unbelievably small and uncomfortable beds. If i turned over, I fell off. I have never slept on such a hard and uncomfortable bed. I also did not have breakfast and the owner was unwilling to reduce the bill which I thought was incorrect. I would not choose to go there again.

This B&B is great! The location is good and very close to the centre. The owners of the B&B are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Too bad that there was a lot of noise at the time we stayed there due to construction workers on the street under our bedroom. Hopefully this is temporary but please note that this had nothing to do with the B&B itself. The only thing is that the coffee and thea served with the breakfast is a bit cold. However, I will certainly return to this B&B when we go to Rome, it is better then other hotels in Rome where we stayed the last couple of times.

We had really a nice welcome and stay. The rooms are really clean and tidy with a beautiful and clean bathroom. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The only minor point was the noise coming from the street (but mostly because they were renovating a building close to the B&B) but I guess this is to be expected if you choose for a B&B located close to the main station and in the center of Rome. I would recommend La Corte dei Fiori and I would surely go back. Grazie mille indeed!

It was better than expected. The owners and staff go to great lenghts to make one feel welcome and at home. Very nice people and is actually closer to Termini than stated. It is a 5 minutes walk without luggage. If one has luggage, takes about 15 minutes, but is smooth and easy. Best to e-mail before and get the exact directions. Piazza della Republica is a bit far than Termini is. The rooms are all renovated and spotless. We were there twice and they accommodated our schedule and even kept our luggage after we checked out. Super accommodation for Rome. I truly recommed it.
