Spotless, roomy accomodation with great morrocan-style decoration. Very nice owner speaks French and runs a restaurant at proximity, which is probably one of the best addresses in the area. Only downside: our room had windows on the noisy street adjacent to the train station. If you are sensitive to street noise, ask for the other room, on the courtyard side.

Hello! I want to say that this accommodation is kind of a nightmare. Worst experiance ever!!! I have visited numerous accommodations, visiting France, Spain, and Egypt for family holiday. The whole situation related to this accommodation was just horrible, which made our family dislike the whole Italian thing. Our family arrived at the Ines ten minutes before Check in time, 11:50 and rang door bells several times. Nobody answered but we ketp trying, and after several knocking on door and ringing bells, a woman peeped out from window and answered that the owner isn't there so that she couldn let us in. (i couldn't fully understand her half italian and half English talking). however, i insisted and finally entered the room I booked. (a triple bed room) About fifteen minutes later, a guy came who said that he is the owner of this property and forced us out of the room in a VERY VERY RUDE Manner, saying that we have to move out into other accommodation. His aggressive and hostile attitude confused me and at that time, I thought that maybe the woman led us to a wrong room. Thus, we got out of the room and followed him, expecting that he would show other room in INES. However, he led us to a totally different accomodation, which is located 5 minutes away on foot from INES , with a different host and different business name. He said that his accommodation's bathroom is out of order so he can't let us stay his. However, I saw other guests stay in other rooms when i was there. Also the woman was preparing the room in a way of accomodating guests. The accommdation he led us is worse than the room in INES, for example, no air conditioner and a small broken TV while INES is air-conditioned with a big, latest-version TV. Simply put it, it was at least one-level down from INES. When i complainted, he said that it would not be easy to find even this kind of room at 110 euro per night since it is a high season and UEFA final in Rome

Alex and his wife were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and had a great location. If I ever go back to Rome I would definitely stay there again!

Alex, the host was the best. He went out of his way to help me with some personal problems I encountered during my visit to Italy. Nice clean room and comfie bed.

I had emailed the property a few weeks before arrival requesting information about getting from the Rome aiport to the hotel and never received a reply. Upon arrival we were able to locate the property address, but there was no listing for the Ines on the outside of the building. With the help of nearby merchants we were able to determine that we should go to Alfredo's restaurant to check in. We did this and were then told by Man #1 that we would be staying not at the Ines but at the Hotel Alfredo. We were escorted by Man #2 to that property. The room was equipped with a queen sized bed. We watched in dismay as they brought in not a twin bed for the third member of our party, but a child's cot. We protested vehemently to no avail. Then Man #2 said that since we were dissastifed that we could have a free dinner that evening at the Restaurant Alfredo. We left for sightseeing in Rome, and returned to the restaurant for our free meal. We complained to Man #1 who went to inspect our room. He said that "This is the way it is in Italy" and "You are not very nice" for complaining. We stayed at B&B's in Florence and Venice and had regular beds at both properties. SO THAT IS NOT THE WAY IT IS IN ITALY! There were also problems with the breakfast that we were served.

Was taken aback when we first saw the rugged buidling, the ancient lift which we can see through - did we pick the b&b too hastily? were the mere 3/4 comments left then too good to be true? But when we walked into the flat itself - we were speechless - we found paradise. We stayed in the larger room of the two: outstandingly spacious, air-con, lcd tv, welcoming lighting and decoration. The well equipped kitchen is pretty much yours to play with, with more than enough choices and amount of food, snacks and drinks free for grab whenever you like. What's more, despite being meticulous, we felt so much at home that we didnt mind at all sharing with the couple in the other room the common areas and bathroom which, of course, were perfectly clean. Maps and countless number of guides rest on the table next to the kitchen, some even with helpful comments written by previous occupants. I wont say much about how convenient it is to access cheap and good food (from kebabs to posh seafood risotto) and to travel since most b&bs as far as i know are pretty much in this area, except that we managed to catch the train leaving for firenze in 10 minutes (we overslept a bit). All in all, this is a truly exceptional B&B and gave us the best 2 nights of 6 we had in Italy. Don't spend less than two nights in fascinating Rome! Don't forget to buy the Roma Pass! Don't forget to visit the gelateria suggested by a previous occupant in the guide! Book early if you wanna stay here, I think they do only have the two rooms! I hope this was helpful! Thank you Ines B&B!

Stayed here over Easter and had just the best time, the owner & his family made it so special. Had 4 meals in the restaurant too, an easy place to return to in the evening given it's proximity to the apartment, means you can stay out sightseeing until late, they also cooked some of the best food we found in Rome! It's a truly wonderful city & we were so relieved that this turned out to be an equally wonderful apartment. Yes you are in the station/ termini district but you can literally walk out of your front door and into the station ready to catch your ride to anywhere in the city, believe me you will be even more glad of this in the other direction when you can just fall out of the train into the flat ready to shower up and headback out for dinner. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean, we are easy travellers but sticklers for cleanliness and we found no fault with this place. The flat looks very newly decorated, done in a simple yet very warm and welcoming moroccan style with fabrics on the walls, it never looks too fussy or too bare. Both rooms are beautiful & the view across the courtyard behind whilst not the most scenic in Rome gives you plenty of light. What we couldn't get over was how quiet it was, Rome is a bustling, noisy place and you really felt nicely secluded and able to sleep well. In the rooms there are table and chairs and wardrobes plus LCD TV and satellite box. The rooms also have a hairdryer, full size iron and board. The kitchen is modern and again exceptionally well kept and clean. There is an espresso machine, fridge which they fill with all you need for breakfast. The bathroom is also well appointed and very clean. All you need to bring is a travel adapter! I can't recommend this place highly enough and we can't wait to stay there again, it's a great base for the whole city and the owner is just the nicest man. You'll feel welcome & also strangely enough like you live there! Has a lift so you don't have to carry your bags upstairs. Fab!!

The only complaint I have was that the first night we were there they over-booked the B&B and put us in an inferior B&B for one night. It was in a rough area of Rome. They compensated by providing 2 dinners on the house in their restaurant. Ines B&B was very nice considering the price. I would go back with assurance they would not over-book again.

My friend and I travelled to Rome the begining of August. We were extremeley pleased by the acomadation. As a two bedroom flat, we had the larger one which was gorgeously decorated and had air conditioning as well as a tv and the breakfast table. It was extrememley clean, and there was no problem in sharing the bathroom with the other guest. The location is superb for first timers to Rome as it is right by Termini station which means easy access to busses and trains. Ali and his wife were wonderful hosts and made our trip special.
