Bed and Breakfast L'Incanto di San Pietro - Rome

There are several good restaurants at a short distance from the rooms. Breakfast, provided by the coffee shop next door was simple. We were with friends and met no other people at the address. The rooms are comfortable and very close to the Vatican, only a couple of minutes.

the location is perfect to explore rome on foot! the room in which we stayed in was spacious and clean. A bit noisy but overall a good solution for a few days

If you stay here take ear plugs!!! The building is old and beautiful with a fantastic old lift but the windows are the same. Poorly fitting and single glazed they keep out no noise. However for price and location it is great for a couple of nights. The owner does not live there but is 5 mins away if you need him. We had no problems and as a cheap and reasonable place to sleep after a full day in Rome you can not beat it.

We were in Rome for the first time. We choosed this place becuase it is 5 minutes by walk from Vatican. The apartament was clean and bright. Although the bathroom was shared we felt very private and we hardly saw anyone. Italian breakfast was a bit poor: cakes and biscuits. Loads of tea and coffee self - service. Overall - a very nice place to stay and a good point to start visiting Rome.

Great location and reasonable rates. Budget, no frill, private bath/shower, room sparsely furnished. Clean bedding and towels, and mattress was firm and stiff. Owner, Giorgi, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Shortage of hot water first night, but problem was quickly resolved. Communal kitchen, self serve coffee, teas, packaged pastries, and assorted beverages, but no appliances available like coffeemaker, toaster, microwave. Great location, safe neighborhood and convenient to public transportation, restaurants and shops on the same block, and just 2 blocks from vatican museum and St. Peters Square.

Would never stay here again. The rooms were loud being on a busy street. We had NO hot water even AFTER the manager asked if everything was ok and I said we had no hot water and he apologized and showed us how to turn it on on the third day of our stay. Breakfast was basically nonexistant-cheap snacks in cellophane. The bathroom is shared by at least two other rooms and there were five other people besides us using it bringing the total to 7 people. I had to wait for two hours to go to the bathroom one night. Just save some inconvience and stay somewhere else.

Great location. However services are a bit scant, although the price was a bit affordable for the location. The "double bed" was 2 twin mattresses on a full-size bed frame. Domenico, the fellow who runs this B&B, is very nice but his girlfriend's B&B, I hear, was nicer (she has internet access, and nice mattresses.). BUT the common areas in Pietro are friendly and adequately equipped. They even had body wash, shampoo, and moisturizer! Despite the shortcomings, I don't know if you can beat this value in the Vatican area (but you can probably beat it in some other area).

great location, only 5 minutes walk to Vatican. Clean, quiet rooms; very friendly staff (only present the day of arrival). Incomparable for quality/price ratio.

B&B is super situated - 200m from St. Peter's Square, 50m from metrostation Ottaviano. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is very friendly and helpfull. I can only recommend!

It was very nice B&B especialy for pilgrims and fans of antient Rome. It is really close to Vatican. Easy to find. The owner is very helpful and friendly :)

Brillant B&B, great price and owner was so helpful. Loved the wee kitchen and breakfast good.This place in also in great location would highly recommend staying in the Prati area, great places to eat, drink and near all the sights. Also near metro to go anwhere in the city.

The place was delightful and so close to the center of tourist attractions. The only delimna was that we did not know the cross street re location and wandered around unable to find the location in the dark. We were looking for a large sign and it is a business card posted in the midst of 24 business cards to the right of a huge door. The contact person in Rome, Dominico was extremely friendly and we enjoyed the freedom of having breakfast included in the cost. The price was excellent for the location.

I stayed only one night but it has been fantastic! I'll return, and I'll rent at "l'incanto di san Pietro again!"
