Daniel Boone wouldn't be able to find this place! Once found though,it was ideally located,10 minute walk to the Vatican and many good places to eat. Though small it was a good value and really, shouldn't you be out enjoying Rome anyway?

A good location for the vatican. Used the private transfer to reach the hotel which in hindsight was a good strategy as it may have been hard to find first time. Staff helpful. Room for 4 a bit cramped but we survived. Free use of the PC's was helpful. All in all enjoyed the stay.

Perfect place to see Rome. Well located near the Vatican, the subway and the bus tours. The staff, service, breakfast were excellent. We highly recommend this B.B and we intend to go back.

This B&B was just 4 rooms on the ground floor of a large block of units. There was only staff there to prepare breakfast and do the cleaning early in the day. We felt a bit isolated. No phone. The shower was mouldy but that seems to be commonplace in Italy we found. The linen and towels were fresh each day. The location was very good - about a 5 minute walk to The Vatican - although initially it was difficult to find walking from the railway.

this bed and breakfast is situated 5 minutes away from the Vatican, in a quiet surrounding. the owners are sweet and very helpful, they helped us a lot with all the questions we had. the room was perfectly done, and even though small, was very practical. the beds were very good and the only noises came from the other occupants of the facility. As they were careful not to make too much noise when coming in at night, it wasn't any trouble.

Very close to St. Peter's (5 min walk). Staff was very helpful, especially Daniella; she spent a lot of time with us recommending day trips and restaurants to eat it. She really made us feel welcome!

The hotel was hard to find as the entrance is in an apartment complex parking lot - the complex has buildings all around the parking lot. After finding it it is great! The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican and walking along the river and even over to major Rome sites. Stella is fantastic! She was so friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was nice, had AC and was quiet from outside noise. Within the apartment (one big apartment split into individual rooms) you could hear breakfast being prepared and people unlocking their doors but it was quiet other than that. Really enjoyed our stay.

B&B Holiday a San Pietro was truly marvelous! It's definetly the most stylish, clean and comfortable room I've stayed in. We went to Rome for a romantic get away and B&B San Pietro was perfect for that. The room is clean, the bed comfortable (two separate matresses though... But still!) and with private bathroom. It's located in a residential area just at the vatican, with some nice restaurants near by and away from the tourist crowd. We walked all over Rome from the B&B but there are also busses just outside on the street. We were truly happy with the choise of staying in B&B Holiday a San Pietro, and would recommend it to everybody!

First time to Rome. Great value. Clean, updated rooms. Great location, less than 5min walk to Vatican. Staff were friendly especially Stella. Breakfast was very light but you can order other stuff for good price. It's not a 5 star hotel, but gets top marks for what it promises. Maybe take a cab to the door to help find it. Buzz 6a on the intercom. Would definitely stay again.

This is not a hotel, but just some (9) rooms in a condominium building, but very good value, if you do not look for more then a good overnight place close to the Vatican. No public areas except small reception, poor italian: croissant, butter, marmelade) breakfast is being served in your room. Free internet use. Many bars and restaurants around.

Very good quality-price relation, close to San Pietro train station and the bus 64 that goes directly to the center. Rooms as a bit loud because of tiny walls otherwise a very pleasant stay...

Had the place to ourselves and used the public lounge as our own living room. The coffee machine was great and available 24/7 and the breakfast was delivered to our room. Decor is very new and modern! Nicest place we stayed at on our trip to Italy!!

The place is central and my parents (72 and 67 y.o) found it to be a comfortable walk to the Vatican. There are many eating places along the way. Subway and buses stopped nearby. The room that we had was clean and pleasant. Thank you very much to Guiseppe for being a wonderful host. A very helpful and informative person. Making our stay in Rome relax and enjoyable. Thanks also to the other man who works there (didnt quite get his name but starts with S). He drove us to the airport at a reasonable price. We definitely will stay there again.

Le logement est pas mal. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, et le petit déjeuner n'a même pas été recharger d'une journée à l'autre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très passable !

We were transfered to another B&B. It was not the one we had reserved through Venere, but that was a bruand new establishment close to everything but not that quiet. Windows were on one of the most busy avenues of Rome.

Trato y atención buenas por parte del propietario. Sin embargo la limpieza es algo mejorable. Durante nuestra estancia algunos olores molestos en la habitación, quizas debidos a obras. Habitación justa, pero es que eramos 4 personas.

The loacation was good and close to the Vatican. The room was neat. The bathroom clean. The continental breakfast was some packaged muffins. You had to make your own coffee in the hall, which was so small people couldn't pass. The bed was like sleeping on a granite slab and I couldn't wait for morning. The security door didn't work. They gave us the code, but the door would not open. We called them for help and no none answered. We left a vm and they never called. We had to wait until someone opened the door from the inside. If you want clean - it is clean. If you want to sleep - go somewhere else.

Proprio come descritto sul sito, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Il posto è molto tranquillo ed è vicinissimo alla basilica di San Pietro.
