This B&B in an excellent location. Only a block or two away from the Vatican!!! Our host Armando was very charming, helpful & accomodating. The room is simple, comfortable, very affordable & in a great, safe neighbourhood! You are close to one of the most amazing sites in the world, and steps from fantastic food, shopping & transit. Grazie mille Domus Betti for a memorable time in the Eternal city!

Perfectly placed just outside the tourist traps of the old town this delightful B&B was the ideal spot for a couple looking to relax in Rome. Transport links were ideal with a Metro stop a stones throw away and a wealth of buses leaving from the squares outside the close-by Vatican. The good gentleman who owns this establishment was always on hand to help with travel advice and ideas for where to dine. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, relaxed place to stay - exactly as it says on the site.

The room we stay could accommodate four people, and there are two small single beds and one sofabed. However, because we found a cheaper price online, it is not an en-suite room but we can use a bathroom in the public area which the owner claimed that it is only for us to ues because other rooms have private one. The property owner is nice and energetic. When we arrived there in the early morning, he allowed us taking the room, using showeroom, and even making espresso for us.

Domus Betti was exactly i need in Rome, good place to stay, near to vaticano. Very good person in charge of the place, he gave me maps and a lot of information of where to go in Rome !

How to reach B&B Domus Betti

By car
Coming from all highways, take the exit number 1 Aurelia of the G.R.A. (grande raccordo anulare) and follow in direction Aurelia/Roma centro. Then follow the directions to the "Città del Vaticano". Cross piazza Irnerio, turn right onto via Baldo Degli Ubaldi and proceed for 1,1 km. Continue along via Angelo Emo-Piazza Santa Maria Delle Grazie for 936 m. Turn right onto via Candia for 257 m, turn right onto via Tunisi for 92 m and then turn left onto via Sebastiano Veniero for 97 m. Turn right, take via Santamaura for 44 m and then turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto viale Dei Bastioni Di Michelangelo for 205 m, turn right onto Piazza del Risorgimento, circle the square and get back to viale dei bastioni di Michelangelo. Turn right and you will be in Via Germanico. You will find us at number 85.

By train
From Termini railway station, take metro A in direction Battistini up to "Ottaviano S.Pietro" stop.
Once there take viale Ottaviano in direction of the Vatican Walls and you will find via Germanico on the left hand side. We are at number 85

By airplane
We can provide a pick up service at extra cost from both airports.

Otherwise from Fiumicino airport take the Leonardo Express shuttle train up to Termini railway station and then metro A in direction Battistini up to "Ottaviano S.Pietro" stop. Once there take viale Ottaviano in direction of the Vatican Walls and you will find via Germanico on the left hand side. We are at number 85

METHODS OF PAYMENT
