A grubby, poorly maintained, noisy and unwelcoming place. Poor signage makes it very difficult to locate despite proximity to railway station. Manager spoke almost no English. Door locks at entrance and on room floor very stiff. Breakfast very poor - white sliced bread left in wrapper, butter jam and cornflakes - no dining area so you need to bring it to your room. Mattresses very bad. No effort made to make the place comfortable or welcoming. Avoid.

On check in staff were unhelpful and rude, they didn't offer any information at all and we had to ask for towels. Room was dirty, street noise loud and bathroom filthy the drain was blocked and bedroom mattress really uncomfortable. After 5 weeks tavelling through italy this is the woest place we stayed. The only good thing was the location next to the train station, spend more money and stay somewhere else.

The problem with this place is that it is very difficult to find, even though it is right in front of the main train station. There was no signage indicating the place. We went to the address provided, only to be sent to another place. But once we got to the right place, we were happy with the room.

There was no sign to indicate where the "B&B" was. The list in front of the building did not have a B&B on it. Finally a woman came "home" and when we asked her where the B&B was,(this took awhile because she didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian. We finally could communicate in French) she let us into the building and said she didn't expect us. It took quite awhile to get registered. Finally we went to our room and found it to be quite dirty. Upon further inspection, we found the bathroom quite dirty also. I would have demanded my money back and found another room, but the neighborhood was sketchy and as 2 females traveling alone I didn't feel safe. So we slept in our clothes on top of the bedspread. The bed appeared to have been slept in and the linens not changed. (wrinkles on the pillow case where somebody's head had been) In the morning there was nobody else in the place, so there was no breakfast........ The room looked like the photo except that in the photo you could not see the dirt or that the bedside lamps didn't work. There was no hot water either. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with lodging. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Rebecca H Boschert

We stayed at Dino&Arneil the first time. It was strange at the beginning thatthis name did'nt exist in this big house. It was written "Giolitti guesthouse" on the door and the employee looked very suprised that we came. Other things was quite good, but there are no towels as it's written and the shower was dirty. The breakfest "make yourself" -with excelent coffe ant orange jam.

We only stayed here out of necesity to be near the shuttle train to the airport, otherwise we would have NEVER picked this B&B. The location is dirty and ghetto. I was scared to leave the room after nightfall. My husband went out to bring us back dinner from a local korean restaurant because I was too scared to go out. The room itself was clean but not worth staying at.
