This is not a hotel, this is very dirty and stinky flat where lives some Indian guy!!! If you want to find this place? It's impossible!!! This is living building with locked gate. You have to wait somebody who lives in this house and then you have to find bell button with "Dhali" name which is written in a scrap of paper! There is only one room with two beds and this Indian guy can propose to four people to use these small dirty beds!!! Disaster!!! And if you booked two rooms he will give you an address of other Indian guy and you have to go to other district to his dirty stinky flat. If you want to book this Dhali... NOWAY!!!!

This B&B is made just for those people who need a rooms to sleep because it’s in closer to termine station, but in order to take a good shower don't forget take your owns towels , soap an shampoo because you wont fount these in the bathroom. The breakfast is bit proof in our case we took a banana and a bread peace for each one, other important thing to keep in mind is the cleaning we found a thick dust film over the table and furniture, despite that we ask to clean it, afterwards when we back at the night the rooms has been not cleaned.

WiFi was not available (contrarily to what is written here) and the welcome was really cold. The smell in the "hotel" (actually an house) was not good and the owner were not available most of the time. Good position though.

The location of this B&B was exactly what we needed: about a 5 minute walk from the Termini Station. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was a disaster. The sink and mirror were dirty. The floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I had been travelling all day and was looking forward to a hot shower that evening. The water was ice cold. When we tried to ask the owner's helper to turn on the hot water all we got were shoulders shrugging. He didn't speak English or Italian (my boyfriend and I speak both languages). So, no hot water in the shower, and no water in the bidet. I was extremely frustrated and very irrate. The breakfast was brought to our room late at night (luckily we hadn't fallen asleep yet) and consisted of a store-bought cake, some fruit, and juice. I would never stay in this b&b ever again. I DO NOT reccommend this place to anyone staying in Rome unless you don't care about taking a hot shower.

Well, what can i say. I can tell you that this kind of hotel is more for a very short stay (2 days or less), and is for students. NEGATIVE THINGS. The biggest trouble that i had there, was that they did not accept credit card for payment, im talking about 195E. That really compromised my trip, I had to give them almost all my cash in order to keep my reservation. The webpage said that they do accept credit card, but when we arrived there, the owner said that the machine was broken... so broken... and then he treated me like a kinder garden kid sayin "but a ATM gives you the money if you put your card in" over and over again, and he was all the time pushing us to go to the ATM, he almost take us of the hand to go there, that was pretty upsetting. Getting cash from my CC was never in my plan and it was late, so i gave him the cash. The problem #2 was that they never clean the bathroom. Actually, they almost never got into the bedroom, and that could be a good thing, but the beds were always undone and the bathroom such a MESS! The problem #3, the famous breakfast they offer free is a JOKE, they give you the NIGHT BEFORE a little pancake cut into 8 pieces over a plate, all cover with plastic, and a bottle of (cheap) juice. YOU SLEEP WITH THE BREAKFAST IN THE BEDROOM!! come on! The problem #4, the owners are a married couple, the husband is almost never available, and his wife.. she doesn't speak english, spanish, and she has no idea of .. well.. nothing, she always needed her husband to get things done... by him. POSITIVE THING. We were most of the time out. It's 3 blocks away of Termini and Metro. They have air conditioner (cold/heat) The hotel is more like a house, and our room was a room inside of that house. There was noise, but they gave us all the keys to get in and out anytime. Of course, was inevitable for us not to make noise when we arrived late, but i think we never disturbed them or they little baby girl. AND WE Never got our free CocaCola 1L

We had reserved two rooms for Dhali, through Venere. When we arrived, we were told there was only one room available. We were given the option of splitting up, and using one room at Dhali and another at a different B & B or just canceling our stay at DHali, free of charge, without any penalty or fee. After going to Dhali, we dedcided to stay elsewhere. The room smelled horrible! On the positive, we were not charged anything for the room, as it was not our fault for the mix up in # of rooms available.

The whole cost had to be paid in cash at the arrival! (You have to withdraw it with your credit card, in case you didn't bring it with you). This made me feel uncomfortable, as the guy doesn't look trustworthy, although in the end everything was ok. The room was clean, with air conditioning (valuable), but the bathroom smelled bad, I suspect problems with the sewerage. The "kitchen" means: a tiny fridge that never got under 13 degrees (Celsius), which is ok for drinks and Yogourt and Fruit, but not for milk or cheese or ham. There is also a mirowave there but no heating plate or any other device. There used to be a cofee machine in the lobby but was broken when I was there. There is no internet, although mentioned on the VENERE site (but NOT on the private Dhali web page), but there are Internet Cafes quite close (1,50 Euro/hour). Location and price are great, the only drawbacks for me were the bad smell in the bathroom and the weak fridge, which could easily be fixed if the host really wants it.

It was the first time I stayed in such a family run hostel. The location was good and very easy to find after we got to the termini station. There were only 3 rooms, 2 provided for the customers and the host with his family lived in the rest one.So it could be quiet if the baby wouldnot cry during the night. But It was kind of the host to let us leave our luggage in the room until afternoon.

The location of the B&B is near the Termini station, just a few blocks. The B&B lcoated in the private area resident so a little difficult to find it. The room really spacious and clean. The owner gave the breakfast the night before and the free mineral water/coca cola did not offered as promoted. On the day of check out, couldn't found the owner in the morning so we left our baggages in the room, when we return in the afternoon the owner told us that he will charge us for another night but we refuse to pay and explained that we couldn't found him in the morning. Other than that, this B&B is recommended.

We couldn´t pay with credit card. The house has 3 rooms. In one of them lives the owner with his wife and his child (who cries a lot). The other two rooms are for custumers. The breakfast is ok but if you want coffe or hot milk you have to ask for it.They don´t make the bed. It´s very well located and its cheap but I think they could try better.
