Family run place that was very clean. The rooms were small but very nice. Included a TV and a good AC in the room. Just a little adivce it is hard to find the place. Look for a large wooden door that leads back to a large interior courtyard. Stay to the left the stairs and elevator will take you to the top floor.

The location of this small hotel was wonderful...so close to public transportation. We were there for four nights and were able to sightsee, return to our hotel room, relax and go back out in the city in the evenings. Our hosts spoke English and were very helpful in giving us information about Rome, tours and even helped us secure a reservation at a museum via the telephone. Breakfast was adequate yet we would have preferred a common area in which to eat and visit with the other guests. The use of a laptop was very helpful! We would recommmend this B&B to anyone traveling to Rome for basic and very clean accomodations. A very nice family run establishment! We also enjoyed the excellent and reasonably priced restaurant right outside the front gate.

Difficult to find but worth it when you do, you have to go throug lots of doors but it makes you feel very safe, comfortable clean rooms. close to the metro and train station. staff helpful when you ask where to visit, even loaning you a guide book.you get to choose your breakfast which is brought to your room. Not been to Rome before, would come back & stay here again.( you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the rooms). great resturant next door.

The accomodation is near the Temini station but still a bit hard to find especially for the tourist that not familiar with the B&B service. Nice welcoming, but hard to contact after check-in. Lack of tourist info & service. Staying days are not flexible, so, if you plan to use this B&B as the base then buy a tour for a few day then return, I would recommend you to stay away form this B&B! Bad (in fact, the worst) breakfast provided and served late. So, you may just have your breakfast somewhere else. The bright sides are you get a nice, clean and quite room and free minibars. FYI. If you think B&B service is cheaper than hotel, you're wrong, there are lots of hotels that offers better rooms, easier to find, better breakfast, more tourist friendly service, more flexibility in staying days and even cheaper.

This property made us feel that we had our own private apartment in Rome. The owner was lovely and he was very friendly and welcoming. With a prior request, the gentleman allowed us to park our car in a closed courtyard for the duration of our stay. We used the convenient public transportation while in Rome. The best meal we ate in Rome was in the restaurant just outside the apartment building. Perfect! This apartment was a gem and our stay was very enjoyable.

We are a young, well-traveled American couple who were on a 4-day stay in Rome with our folks, so we booked 2 rooms here. First off, I would like to note that I would consider us somewhat picky travelers when it comes to hotels--as we've been fortunate enough to stay in some of the finest resorts in the world. Wow, Delia Accomodation was quite a gem--a diamond in the rough indeed! The exterior of the building is misleading, as the rooms themselves are quaint, spacious, and have a very "homely" feeling to them. Cornelius (?)--the proprietor, I think--was extremely friendly, helpful, and accomodating. PROS: Overall, rooms were clean, more-than-spacious. We booked 2 rooms: a double, and a triple. Good location: 5-minute walk to Termini, a nice restaurant directly downstairs (La Famiglia, I think it was called). Despite the "rough" area that it is SUPPOSEDLY in, the building itself is extremely secure, and we never felt unsafe. Overall, an excellent experience. Very little to complain about. CONS: Breakfast is very lacking. Do yourself a favor: skip it and get a bite to eat elsewhere in Rome. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The staff at Delia were very attentive and friendly (but not at all intrusive). They made every effort to be helpful and accomodating, whatever we requested. The rooms are simple but clean and attractive. Similarly, breakfast is simple, but good. The restaurant "downstairs" is quite good, particularly the antipasti buffet, and the prices are reasonable (for Rome). The neighborhood is not the best, but seems safe enough and it is easy to get anywhere in Rome from the nearby Termini station.

Very sympathetic BB, well located (close to the Termini station, many good restaurants in that part of Rome), tidy and some special treats (free minibar). Generally quiet. Breakfast were minimal. Surely a nice place to stay.

The service was very friendly, nice room, only the bath room is a little bit to small. However even for more than one night we recommend this location. The breakfast is simple - you can select between four menues (tea/coffee, toast or croissant, butter, jam, juice).

Over-all positive experience but marred by minor items: 1) Sometimes need to open four different doors with four different keys to enter room. 2) When key tag is removed from room slot, all the electricity shuts off, so others cannot remain in the room when the one goes out. 3) The light switch for the bathroom is in the main room, making it difficult to use at night without disturbing other(s). 4) The television was complicated to work, and neither BBC nor CNN was available - - only Bloomberg. 5) The telephone was not working when we arrived and was not repaired during our five-night stay. 6) Breakfast was appetizing but minimal. 7) Staff not present during day. 8) Strict five-day cancellation policy not reasonable.

Breakfast is less than poor.New towels are only available any three days - if you request. Usually you get your dirty towels (which lay on the bartroom floor) back in your room for drying to use further times.

Only stayed one night. Hotel is within walking distance from Rome Termini Station and basically that was why I chose it. Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday and the hotel was a little difficult to find. It was behind large wooden doors and the signage was not the best. We had to go to Planet 49 opposite and contact a young girl there who came and gave us keys and let us in. As we only stayed overnight and were leaving early next morning we also had to pay this person also so we had no contact at all with the Delia Hotel staff. Breakfast was available which consisted of croissants and juice or toast and juice - very basic but we left too early next morning and so didn't get breakfast. Room was just a room, it was clean, had a double and 1 single all in one area and separate bathroom. Had dinner at restaurant down stairs which was very busy. Walking distance to town, shops, trevi fountain, etc.

I enjoyed my stay at Delia Accomodation. The location was great, only a couple minutes walk to the Termini station. This is very convenient if you are arriving into Rome by train, or just to enter the metro station. The room was clean and spacious. Claudia and her father were both very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in faced a courtyard and was pretty quiet on most of the nights. However on the last night there was a soccer game and I could hear the neighbor's TV/noises as the adjoining wall is pretty thin. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

Delia was a very clean, very friendly B&B. The staff welcomed us upon arrival and offered us water, coffee or beer. It was very refreshing. The B&B is a family operation, and I felt they were the most accomodating, friendliest people we stayed with in our trip. the location is convenient as you can walk to the Train Station, I never felt unsafe walking around at night. you could walk to the Coluseum, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto, even to the Spanish Steps if you like to walk. I would definately return to Delia Accomodations in the future.

The room is spacious, modern and very clean. The service for Breakfast is not practicle (from 9:00 to 10:00) if you want to visit early. Is is very noisy from inside and outside. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The location is not very nice but very practicle to visit Rome, very close of buses, subway and train.

Slight difficulty in locating hotel as we arrived very late at night. There is no hotel name sign just the number 64. Slight difficulty in contacting hotel on evening of travel to advise late arrival due to aircraft flight delays. Hotel is well located close to Termini station and therefore excellent base for Rome sightseeing. Rooms were as described on website and very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fairly minimal but as described on the site. Good sightseeing information available in reception area. Fridge in room was useful. 4 keys needed to get to the hotel rooms as it was on 4th floor of old Roman townhouse. Lift was adequate but no information on which floor to get out. Staff were friendly. Would recommend for up to a weeks stay in Rome sightseeing. There was a variety of restaurants in the hotel area. Overall a great place to stay and we plan to return.

Pleasant surprise. Excellent location easy walk and find from Termini station late in the evening.Walking access to all sightseeing aspects of Rome plus easy access to buses and trains when required. Quality hotels in same location not a "seedy" area. Accomodation very safe and secure access through 4 locked doors. Supermarket nearby in same street, other shops, resturants nearby and opened very late ( after midnight).Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. B&B made for a pleasant stay. Night recepionist very supportive following an unpleasant experience of having my camera and other items stolen on a bus travelling back to room late one night

Excellent accommodation and location. Only drawback was limlited and repetitive breakfast - ok if only staying 1/2 night but if there for a week as we were then more variety eg some bread, cereals etc.

We are a small family. We traveled with another couple. Our room was a queen sized bed with a twin. The room was VERY clean and suitable for our needs. The Bathroom was new and also spotless! The hospitality and customer service demonstrated by the lovely owners made our stay extremely comfortable!(We had several stressful issues that they were so helpful in solving) Breakfast was great.(croissant and coffee)We highly reccommed this B&B. It is definitely a value!!
