It is a very good offer i think. The location in a safe and quiet area is excellent (especially if you are interested in Vatican museum and the historical centre of Rome). The stuff of two people is very helpful and caring. Rooms, bath room and kitchen are kept very clean and tidy but it depends also of the guests and their self respect to clean after cooking their dinner or having a late coffee break... You can feel at home there, indeed.. Thanks a lot !

Pleasant stay, owner very helpful & waived our late check in charge. Kitchen well equipped. Only down side was our twin room had a glazed door, so didn't fell too private.

Good location, spacious, immaculately clean rooms. What really makes the difference, though, are the two hosts: Roberta and Diego really went out of their way to help us retrieving a suitcase our airline had lost, using their own free time to wait fo it. Many, many thanks, we'll be back!

This was such a great place! My Mom and I stayed here for one night and were thrilled! It was so cute- recently decorated with ikea ;) and just perfect for our little Rome adventure. The man who managed the place helped us get tickets to the Vatican Museums and print them off and everything- we avoided a HUGE line! it was awesome and if I was telling a friend- I would tell them to stay there! It was cheap and literally 7 minuet walk to the Vatican Church Service in the morning! How sweet! You could see the dome from the street!

I stayed at Colazione Al Vaticano for 13 nights and I would definitely return there if I was to go back to Rome. Before leaving the UK, I could find no reviews on any travel site, but my stay was actually so amazing that I felt I needed to provide a review and give it every praise it is due. The hotel is essentially a large apartment, with around 5 bright and airy rooms, and a communal kitchen, bathroom and dining room. The lady who owned the apartment, Roberta, was incredibly friendly and always went out of her way to ensure I had a nice stay. As she did not have a card machine, I could not pay her straight away as I had limited access to my bank account but she was very understanding and did not mind that I couldn't pay until later in my stay. She also provided juices, breakfast cereals and fresh bread etc in the kitchen every day. The price was excellent and I feel as though it was worth every penny and more. I travelled alone, and so only required a single room but was more than satisfied - it was a comfortable and decent size, lots of wardrobe space and also had Sky TV and a DVD player. The windows were also very large and looked onto the block's courtyard which was fantastic and very traditional. Location-wise, there is a supermarket 5 mins away and the area is residential but remains easily accessible whilst still not being overcrowded with other tourists and shoppers. Generally quite a quiet and quaint area, but it is literally across the street from the Roma St Pietro Station, which you can get a train to from the Termini Station for one euro ('Civitavecchia' line, as far as I can remember). In front of the station is also where the bus line 64 terminates which also goes to Termini. The services (in typical Italian fashion) are by no means at regular intervals, but they are often enough, in that on average they are around every 5 minutes. Overall a fantastic stay at a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend.

This was my first time at the Bed & Breakfast and my first time in Rome. The acommodations were excellent, the place was exceptional clean and spacious. My only one complaints was if they advertise a bed and breakfast, I really did expect a full hot cooekd breakfast. All there was were wrapped croissants and corned flakes. Ohter than that it was great

We stayed as a family (5 persons) in rome. Unfortunatelly it was not clear in the german discribtion that there is no private bathroom. We only have been informed few days before. We had to share the bathroom incl. toilette with 3 other guests. The breakfast had to be prepared on ourself. The rooms were very nice and big.

Very, very nice place. 5 minutes to Vaticano city by foot, 2 minutes to bus stop to center of Rome, 20 minutes by bus to Termini train station. Friendly staff, clean place, comfortable rooms with view for Vaticano or small, nice backyard. Breakfast you can prepare for your own, kitchen has everything you need. You can feel like at home. Great for short or longer trip to Rome. I'll back there if I'm in Rome again. There was a very little problem to get in the building so make sure you have their phone number.
