This B&B is a big apartment at the downstair of a palace next to Termini station. It is divided into 3/4 private rooms really nice with a private bathroom in each ones. There is free wi-fi and all the towels are profusely provided. Unfortunatly phones' connection is really low or absent the most of the time. The breakfast is self-made in a common kitchen with a coffee-machine and a lot of stuff for each guest (milk, juices, Nutella, jams, butter, biscuits, snacks). The B&B is very close to the subway station (about 50 metres) but, the historical citycenter is at walk-distance. We liked it a lot!

The room itself is great and the wifi and breakfast, fine. The owner doesn't stay onsite, and so you have to call him when you arrive otherwise there is no one to let you in. As an American traveling without a telephone, this was incredibly frustrating after a long flight to arrive and have to stand out front for a long time and ring and the bell and bang the door. Luckily some of the other guests had a phone and were able to call the proprietor to come and let me in, but it is not a very welcoming way to first get to Rome.

All was perfect except guys chatting loudly all night long in the balcony if the hotel just in front of our room...i could have slept better
