Nice location, relatively close to the train station (20 min walk), metro stop is nearby (5 min walk). This is a small bed and breakfast but with all the conveniences to make our stay quite comfortable. Host is friendly and hospitable. There is some noise from the apartment next door because of neighbor's child. Overall, good experience.

Well, location is the main issue here..and also the room was pretty good too, and the breakfast was reasonable. they need to put a decent sign outside that guests can find it with no problems..the staff(one guy, that lives in one small room in the B&B appt.) was fine but he was caughing all the time and it bothered us abit because his his room was right next to ours. but overall it was pretty nice and for young couple or single guys without any big expectations

We had an excellent stay at this room for 2 nights. The room is clean, towels and sheets are provided (changed every 3days). Very calm room ( access to an internal courtyard) with a shower in the bathroom, WiFi and a litte TV set, it is just perfect for a city trip with a limited budget. The owner is a nice guy and offers a breakfast composed with coffee, fruit juice, bread, croissant, chocolate paste, jam, butter. It seems that there are other rooms in the same appartment, and the noise might be heard from other rooms ( but very little impact on comfort since most of the people are tourists). The Pizzeria just below offers correct pizzas if you come back tired from having walked all day...

+ Excellent location. All tourist objects can be easily reached by foot. Rooms were spacious and clean enough. - We were not advised that the room is in a residential apartment building. We could hear how our neighbours were taking shower

Is a clean/relax place and it is located quite close to the centre (very normal neighborhood). The relationship between place/price is the only inconvenient, it is a bit expensive.

Actually Citta Etterna corresponds to all what is written about it in reviews of guests. Unfortunately the B&B we wanted to book was already out of sale, and we booked Citta Eterna. We got not less however not more than we expected. Room was clean, decoration simply but nice for me. There were all necessary in the room - wardrobe, small refrigerator, mirror. Only there was rather cold for us and the blankets helped not so much. My husband didn't like a bed, he said it would be too hard. The owner is OK but really seems being not ready to do anything besides of standart service. I have doubts that you'll fill cordiality and warmth here. All is rather indifferently. If I go another time to Rome I would try to find another place.

It's a must to dine in the oldest, best ice-cream shop called Palazzo del Freddo in Via Principe Eugenio, which is very close to the BB.

The place was hard to find and it was not that close to Termini station (min. 10 minutes walking). No sheets and towels change and it was clearly indicated on the paper left in the room. The room was cold, because the heating was turned off during the night. Breakfast was basic, but fine. The owner was very kind.

My wife and I along with our son were in Rome for 2 days way to short of time to spend in a beautiful city. Our room was about a 15 minute walk from the Termini train station a straight shot very convenient. A simple train ride to the vatican and walking distance to many of the sights. Would highly recommend this place being that I have stayed at some places in Rome which were pretty scary....

Average seized doubleromm.Clean.Eeverything working properly.Property on the fourth floor.Narrow elevator.Continental breakfast that you made yourself. Can't say much about the owner,he met me at the entrance, checked me in,charged me the bill, gave me the keys and told me he would leave and not be back until sometime the day after.I have been in Rome before and know my way around so didn't have any questions regarding sights, how to get around and other touristrelated issues.10 min.walk from Termini. Some tips travelling in Italy.Internetcafes, bring your id or you won't be able to use the service. Always remeber to validate your traintickets,(small yellow boxes on the station where you enter the train)If taking at taxi, make sure it is a licensed one, espesially taking it from Termeni. If staying in the Vatican area in Rome it's quite a bit to walk to the rest of the sights.

Overall stay was fine. Good location can walk to coliseum and metro easily. Owner was quite rude and un-helpful. Bed was worst on whole holiday. But is pretty cheap for Rome. Supermarket across the street and a couple cafes and restaurants

This was a very nice place. Although the room was not that big it was very clean and orderly. The manager even stayed up to get us our keys when our plane was late. I would stay here again if I went to Rome. There is a nice pizza restaurant across the street that is great as well!

Memorable stay in Rome which was in large part due to the welcome provided by Città Eterna. Super value for money and a great location only 10 minutes from Termini train station. There is also an excellent restaurant right beside it. Don't expect a great breakfast, but there a plenty of places in the area where you can get something decent. Highly recommended.

Very good place for the price. Well situated. Details worth mentioning: -We have been devoured by mosquitos. Next time, we will close the windows and pay the extra 5 euros fee for air conditioning. -Wi-fi is shut down after midnight. -The guy is accommodating and let us leave our luggage inside after the check-out for a last walk in Rome before taking our train. -No cleaning of the room was done during our 3 days stay but the room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean on arrival. -There is a safe-deposit box in the room. -The name of the B&B is only written on the doorbell button so look for the address instead. -The B&B street (Viale Manzoni) will lead you straight to the colosseum.

Our stay in Citta Eterna was quite pleasant, I would recommend it to others! We arrived close to midnight and the owner Alfredo was waiting for us in front of the door. The room was clean, spacious with a nice view on the palm tree in the inner courtyard. You can't smoke in the public areas. Tip: it's better to take a tram from Termini (no. 14 e.g.) as it's much closer to the BB than the metro stop. We were there during the volcano troubles and Alfredo offered us as much help as he could (checked flights, offered to stay longer etc.).

Before booking there was no mention that the B&B was situated on the 5th ( fifth) floor with a very small elevator ( maxim. 2 persons) luckily the responsible of the B&B waited at the entrance door to welcome us. the building is very discrete - no mention of the B&B at the door - how find it ? if nobody waits for you? good surprise when finally entering the appartment and the rooms! good situated near Termini Station, entrance to trains going to Civitaveccia. Breakfast: good variations of sweet stuff, but nothing salted (cheese, egg, etc) obviously satisfactory for a short stay.

Our stay at the B&B Città Eterna was great. The whole B&B is well-kept and very clean, and the room that we stayed in is spatious, has its own spatious bathroom and offers a lot of comfort (e.g. air condition, safe, fridge, TV). The owner Mr. Gambelunge is very friendly; he helped us whenever we had any questions about the city or the public transport system etc. Metro A can easily be reached via the Via Manzoni, and other means of public transport such as the tram or public busses pass by in the vicinity of the B&B as well. All in all, we can strongly recommend the B&B to other travellors and visitors of Rome.

Buona sistemazione. Decisamente consigliabile.

Quiet rooms in decent location; simple but functional. Although management is offsite, he loaned us a key for the last day so we could leave our luggage at the hotel. Only problem is that a tab on the keychain is required to operate all electrical devices in the room, not a problem except that includes the minifridge, so you can't keep food cool during the day while you're out.

We spent there 4 nights. The apartments are newly renovated and very clean, much nicer than presented on the pictures. The location is excellent: 20 min walking from Colosseum, 5 min to metro, 20 min to Termini. The surroundings are pretty safe, since far enough from Termini. Towels are provided and changed every 3 days. Luggage can be left after check-out without extra payment.

Very clean and neat. Alfredo is always ready to help. A Well-furnished bed&breakfast just two stops away from Termini. Easy access to important sights. The breakfast is not very promissing but okey. The elevator is a bit tight, but doesn't bother much.
