My friend and I were expecting an actual B&B but, found out that it was other things too. For example a doctors office on the first floor, some sort of council office on the second floor and it was radar noise at night. We did not see any part of the B&B that looked like the pictures advertised (we stayed on the third floor) There was no central office for questions or service. We were there for 4 nights and our toilet paper was not replenished or the bedding sheets changed. The service was very minimal to non-existent. It was not my first time in Rome and this area of the city, is definitely little Asia. Finally, the tourist destinations are not as closed distance as they advertised on the hotel.

It is hard to find a good value for rooms in Rome, Cesar Palace is what it promises to be - a clean simple inexpensive place to stay. The location is great, it is a short, pretty walk from The Borghese Park, The Spanish Steps, The Trevi fountain and tons of other sights, as well as being near a metro or two short stops from the Termini by bus.

It has been the first time I have been in Rome and I actually liked the city. I have visited all city in couple days. Cesar Palace Kosher services was very helpful in speeding up my day. The place was centrally located in a safe area. The rooms were spacious and daily cleaning provided. I was satisfied in general.

This hotel is simply the best! The rooms are big and clean. The personal is very helpfull, twice we went out before breakfast time and they gave us food so we don't miss it. The breakfast itself is great, yougurt, pastery, fruits, cereal, juice.. Is the best budget hotel you will find in Rome! When in Rome I will go back there for sure.

I just returned from my trip in Rome, with a stay at Cesar Palace and I must say I really liked staying at this bed and breakfast. To be honest, more bed than breakfast, but I guess Italians have just an espresso and corneto. But if it's not enough, the cafe serves lovely panini at just 3 euro. I would recommend a stay here for the very good location, comfort and value for the money.

I booked the hotel 4 months ago 16/6/2011 , when we arrived they have a small room with a couple bed, we are 2 mens, and when i booked i write request- twin room, wasn´t that we booked, that isn´t not a Hotel is a House with 2 floor rooms, 5th and 3rd, i complaint and they said no rooms availble, just changed the day after, I look the hotels near by and are very expensive, than i accepted to stay 1 night and the day after they changed us to a nice room, twin beds, in 5th floor. It ist bad because it was my 1st time in rome and i arrived at 5pm i dont know nothing the town, and it is not normal not have the rooms i booked before 4 months, they said undertund but dont have second oppction. Breakfast is poor Reception is in same room where is the breakfast room

The location is very good, and that's the only positive thing I could see in this B&B. The photos here on venere are deceiving, I haven't seen half of it there. The rooms are dirty (walls are dirty and bathroom is only cleaned where the eye can see - there was a lot of hair behind the sink, for example) and not quiet at all: the entry phone sounds in the corridor and not at the reception, so during the night people who arrive late buzzes directly in your ear, and seconds after you hear someone brutally unlocking and opening the door and shouting on the phone. Other than that, in the corridor our room was there's a coke machine whose engine loudly hums the whole night long... Staff was not impressive, it seemed to me that English was barely spoken (she seemed to understand but answered in Italian) and tourist info (as written on its page) was terrible, they didn't have a list of restaurants nearby and when I asked how to arrive to a specific "catacombe" she reacted as she had never heard of it. Final word: worst B&B of my life.
