We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean, the veranda where we ate breakfast was lovely and Patricia was very friendly and helpful. Only difficulty was in finding it as the instructions on the website were not really full enough. When you get off the bus at the stop indicated by Patricia you need to cross over the road and walk down Via Massimi in the opposite direction to the way the bus turns (it turns right after you get off). At the bottom of the road turn right then first left.

It's far from everything. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. I wasn't expecting the B&B to be in an apartment building. Breakfasts are lovely and formal.

We stayed here because my daughter attends The John Felice Rome Center and A Casa di Patrizia is literally right around the corner. Patrizia was very welcoming and set us up with a very reliable and friendly driver, Guiseppe Nigri, who met us at the airport. The room was really for 2 people and she added a bed. It was small, but very nice and very clean. The bathroom was fairly large, but the shower was tiny. The breakfast was packaged toast and pastries, nothing exceptional. We paid 120 euro and were quite satisfied.

Very welcoming, rooms and bathrooms lovely. Patrizia serves a delicious breakfast in her garden terrace. Ample parking on site and reasonably easy public transit access to central Rome and Vatican. Good location for young family. No restaurants or activities in surrounding area but good grocery store and gelato nearby. Website could use a better map to help find B&B on arrival.

Patrizia’s house is very cozy. A beautifull and comfortable place to stay after a tired day of tourist visit! It's a bit far from down town, but easy to move by bus or taxi.

It is a really pretty and calm place to stay. Patrizia's welcome let you feel like home. After long sight-seeing-tours it was a great pleasure to return to this quiet place with all its green and flowers. I will come back for my next stay in Rome.

Patrica was a very kind and helpful person. the room was very small but nice, clean and quiet. it was a 15 min walk to the bus stop. the bus need 20 min to st. peter. breakfast was typical italien, very small. Patricia´s house is in a very secure and nice area, parking was no problem. the room has no air condition only a fan. at least for a two or three days stay it was very nice and we can recommend it. for a longer stay the room should be bigger and in summer times without air condition it would be too hot.

I highly recommend staying at Casa di Patrizia. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful room, the garden, and Patrizia's hospitality. Patrizia is a gracious host and helped us in many ways. Her place is in a quiet and peaceful part of Rome up in the hills.

An incredible amount of thoughtfulness went into the room that Patrizia provides. Her hospitality is the next best thing to being home. Patrizia is very gracious and works hard to ensure your visit to Rome is as memorable as it is pleasant. The B & B is quite abit off the beaten path, although very accessible by bus. It is in a very quiet and secure neighborhood.

We were welcomed warmly by Patrizia and given our room: a bit small for three people, and keys for coming and going. The home was busy but we were allowed access to the computer and the garden for breakfast. Security was very good and directions very helpful. We enjoyed our brief visit.
