It is very good for people who want to stay outside the busy city centre in a quite location, however note that you do need to take a bus and the underground or a train to get into Rome. It is very close to Ciampino airport. The little villa with a well kept beautiful garden is in a residential area with its own gate with a bell for entry. Anna, a talented artist, looks after the guests very well and is very helpful for visitors who want to see Rome.

This is a great alternative to the city-centre hotels, especially if you fly to/from Ciampino airport. It is a beautiful house in a quiet area, and it takes only 15 minutes to go to Roma Termini by train (however, the distance between the Ciampino station and the B&B is more like 2 km than 200 m). You can aslo take the bus to the metro station and take the subway directly to the main sights in Rome. The biggest down-side was that it took 10 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was generous, but very, very sweet. We would like to recommend this B&B, we really enjoyed our stay.

First and foremost the house is very beautiful, down to the last detail. Though far from the heart of Rome, the place gives you a 1st hand experience of the more peaceful life in Rome. Anna and her husband went that extra mile to make our stay more comfortable. Anna is a terrific aritist with ceramics and her work is definitely worth a look.

It is a beautiful place. Breakfast was outstanding. Anna & Luca are great people. It can be a bit of a challenge to find, but Luca was quick to pick us up at the station or anywhere else from where we needed a ride. We left after three days with the feeling that we had made new friends.

After making our booking, we had regular email contact with Anna answering our questions and passing on information. The B&B is not far from Ciampino airport and a bus ride to the Metro. On arrival, we were made to feel so welcome and the place was fantastic. Staying for 5 days was an advantage as we got to spend more time with them and get to know them. Nothing was too much trouble. Even if you got lost, you could ring them and they would pick you up as we saw with other people staying. It is a B&B I would highly recommend. Everything is just like the photos, just better in person. Thank you Anna and Luca for making our stay a memorable holiday and we will be back.

This was an excellent B&B in terms of comfort and the attention we received from Anna and Luca, but it was a long way out in the suburbs (almost one hour travelling by bus and metro). We would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in our room as we had to return quite early on a couple of occasions and there was very little to do in the area, once we had returned. There was only one restaurant close by within walking distance. Breakfast was a selection of cakes and pastries, not to our taste, but improved when a couple of packets of cereal were produced.

Sin that is not possible to give a advanced ballot to 10 would deserve totally it, my stay even if short she has been much pleasant Anna and Luca, the heads of household, is much available, the breakfast to the morning is fabulous and abundant, the order and the cleansing are to the first place, Anna are an artist decorate the ceramics and in every angle of the house there are its objects, they are remained made an impression from its laboratory, that it is in a part of the house, and from the thousand objects from she realized. The garden is cured personally from they in the minimums details is flowers of every kind, only is their swimming pool also is corals there that exit from the holes of cliffs fabulous!!!!!!! sin that is not on hand of we hosts. Council to all this structure and I hope to more soon than to return for a longer period, by by Anna a Luca!.

Anna and Luca run a beautiful little place 15-20 minute away from Roma Termini in Campino. It's a little bit of a walk to get there and had to ask around to find the street but only takes about 5-8 minutes to walk from the station. Their inn is quite beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. They have a pool but it's unfortunately off limits. Room was clean and well kept. If your Italian is shaky Anna speaks enough english to get you through. All in all, a nice stay.

This B&B is a lovely villa set in beautiful gardens. Our ground-floor room and en-suite were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hostess Anna is an artist and that is very apparent in the home she created. The breakfast is adequate but basic. The villa is a 10 minute drive from Ciampino and the main Rome ring road. It provided a good base for our mixed business and pleasure trip as we were using a hire car. Be sure you understand where you are allowed to park if you have one. We parked in the wrong space and got some reaction from the neighbours. My wife is Italian so communication was not an issue but I do not think Anna has great English skills. The 'Brunch' restauraunt is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive away and the food was excellent on both our visits.

A very comfortable and immaculate bed and breakfast with a good breakfast. Anna and Luca made me very welcome and were extremely helpful. Luca ran me in his car to "Il Brunch" a friendly and good quality restaurant only about 400 metres away from their home. Luca also took the time and trouble to run me to Agnina metro station in the morning. Thank you! I strongly recommend the quality of accommodation. My only point to note concerns directions and access. The site needs a better map because location is not obvious. There also needs to be a warning about access through the electrically operated gates of the condominium. Make sure that you use the mobile number which Anna provides to contact her for details if you get stuck.

Very helpful and friendly proprietors. Set in beautiful gardens. An easy few minutes walk to Ciampino train station with frequent, quick and cheap trains to the centre of Rome. 5 minute walk to excellent restaurant (pizza, pasta, grills etc) Il Brunch. Only a 5 minute drive to Ciampino airport. Ideal place to stay for a weekend break.
