We have spent with my husband 3 marvaelous days in Roma in middle of September. The most important was the helpfullness and the kindness of owners - Patrizia and Nicolete, who made the atmosphere as we would be home!! We got all the information we needed to get from airport to apartment and all the information how to travel in Rome!!It is very easy to travel from the apartment to the center( Roma Termini), it all takes about 15-20 minutes. The apartment is spacious enough, all clean with comfortable bathroom! The breakfest was every day in incredible domestic atmoshere.I wish all the apartments we rent in diffrent destination all over the world would have such wonderful, helpful and so generous owners!!! Grazie per tutto Patrizia e Nicolette! Noi sicuramente torniriamo ancora a Buon Giorno Roma! Agnieszka i Piotr, Gdańsk

This is a newly renovated B & B apt, has 3 bedrooms with ensuites. We booked 2 rooms for a period of 4 nights in July 2013. Good size cosy rooms, new fittings & nice bed & mattress. The bathrooms are quite clean, good standards! The rooms overlook the roof tops of other buildings, view of the surroundings. Breakfast provided is more than sufficient, bread rolls, cereal milk jams, juice & very good coffee prepared by Patrizia herself (Patrizia, that was the best coffee that we had in Italy). Fridge is always filled with water & juice for guests. There is a kitchen & utensils available. This apt is located on the 5th floor, building has a small lift, no problem with movement of luggages. Location - Apt is in the Pigneto area, lots of restaurants & cafes visited by locals, we had decent meals in ones recommended by the B & B owner. Fruits & groceries, laundromat, bakery everything is within a short walk. The apt is a 5 min walk to a tram stop, tram takes you to the Termini Station in about 15 mins. The residents in this location are varied, from many countries & ethnic groups, but we felt safe even walking back to the apt at night. B & B owners - Full of good info & maps! Patrizia will tell you the best way to get around Rome and the sights. Patrizia & Nicoleta genuinely care about their guests, they run this B & B with a heart and we felt comfortable & well taken care of from Day 1. On Day 1 Patrizia drove us to a nearby pizzeria and picked up us at almost 11 PM and then gave us a short tour of rome in her car. We stayed at many places during our travel in Italy, this place is definitely run with passion and we will stay here again when back in Rome. ( Patrizia, thank you for taking care of us during our stay with you, really appreciate it. We totally enjoyed our stay and it was the best in Italy)

This guest house is very clean and comfortable and the service provided by Patricia, the owner is superb. She gives helpful information on visiting sites in Rome & referred us to an excellent Restaurant where we ate one of our best meals in Italy. The location is a bit out of the way, and difficult to find the stop on a crowded bus, but you can ask the driver where to stop (if you can stand near the driver) without problem. The train is easier, however the walk from Termini main station to the local train platform is at least 400 to 500 M. and if you are carrying stuff, I would take the bus. (our location on Venere says BD Italy, however we are from Canada)

Not only thanks to the good wether, but espacially thanks to Patricia of Buongiorno Roma we had a wonderfull stay in Rome. Patricia gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with lots of tips to see all the wonders of Rome. The rooms were very clean and cosy and every moning Patricia spoiled us with breakfast. At te last night of our stay in Buongiorno Roma she drove us around for hours to show us all the nice places we missed after 5 days of excursions. It made our stay in Rome a complete and very rich experience. Helma and I can fully recommend Buongiorno Roma and hope to go back there one time.

Do not expect this level of customer service at any other hotels. Patrizia and her daughter went far and beyond their duty as hosts to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The location of the place is not in the center. But the train connecting to the station comes every 7 minutes or so. In florence, for example, staying in the center is important because then you can walk to almost every site. Keep in mind, however, that Rome is a big city and wherever you stay you will have to take public transportations to get to places. Breakfast was fresh pastry. They had good muesli and yoghurt.

It was the first time we stayed at Buongiorno and we would not hesitate to recommend it for in-depth exploration (at least 3 days) of a city full of wonders and surprises. Patrizia and Nicoletta made us feel part of the family and were a valuable mine of information on all things Roman or Italian. They helped to make our stay an unforgettable experience...

Although we had some difficulty finding the right train to get to Buon Giorno B&B (It's a yellow local train outside of the Roma Termini), once we arrived and settled in, it was definitely worth it. The room was very clean and comfortable. The B&B is in a small suburban type of neighborhood outside the city center but Patrizia, the owner of the B&B, told us about a wonderful trattoria to go to (which we ate at twice) and she spent a great deal of time helping us with the maps and telling us where and when to go to sites. She also took us on a night tour in her car around Rome which we very much appreciated. The service went above and beyond and we were treated like old friends or family visiting. We definitely would stay there again when we're back in Rome!

What a wonderful hostess. She took whatever time was necessary for us to understand the transportation around Rome and see the sights. Great breakfasts in a nice homey area. Best food in three weeks in Italy at a nearby restaurant. Located in transitional neighborhood with a cross section of immigrants. I felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood during the day and at night.

the bed and breakfast Buongiorno was awesome , Patrazia & Nicolette from the time you walked in until the time we left were full of great advise on were to go how to get there what time to go there !!!! there was not a particularly good view from the accomadation this didnt matter much to us as it was just a base, the other little issue is how to get to it ,its on the Via Antonio tempesta , my advise is to do a little research on google maps to locate the property especially if you are not very direction minded. we stayed there for 5 nights and Patrazia on the last night gave us the best tour ever showing us some great historic sites which are lite after dark all in her little car. I found the the location to be perfect get on the little train to Termini station and you then have access to all of Rome , and for us thats exactly what we wanted, We found that Patrazia was a great host if there was any problem which there was not , but any concerns were addressed straight away, this is not a 5 star accomadation but the 5 star attitude makes up for this , I would recommend this accomadation to anyone who wants a base to travel around a see rome !!!

We are very pleased with our stay in Buongiorno Roma. After wandering countless miles on the hills of Rome the B&B provided us the possibility to fully rest and get ready for our next day in Rome. Patricia and Nicolette are very friendly hosts always willing to help. Among small drawbacks I can point out noisiness in some of the mornings when people got earlier than we did and their chatting could be heard; the hotel surroundings might seem surprisingly international however we did not have any problems with that at all. Overall this is a great place to stay, I will recommend it to any of my friends if they travel to Rome. We have not used the possibility of night excursion provided by Patricia, but we agreed that this can be fixed when we come to Rome next time :)

Patrizia is amazing - really welcoming, very funny and helpful. She made our stay in Rome, showing us where to go, how to avoid queues, great local restaurant, etc. Breakfast was good (cereals, toast, yoghurt, great coffee / tea, etc). We had a little dificulty finding Buongiorno Roma - unable to find local train line and should have printed map) but well worth the effort. Our room was comfortable and clean. Night tour was really special and Patrizia was great company. Highly recommended.

We have stayed for six days in Buongiorno Roma and loved being there. It is excellent and hospitable B&B, that makes you feel like at home. It is in a residential building, about 15 minutes from Termini station by tram, which runs very often. Patrizia and Nicolletta were very helpful and provided superior service. On arrival, Patrizia made a good tea with a cake for us and provided us with the map and with recommendations on local restaurants. Our room and private bathroom were nice, clean, comfortable and quiet, no any noise from outside. Excellent breakfast was served in the kitchen, where you can meet nice people from around the world. Thank you Patrizia and Nicoleta for a wonderful stay in Rome. We would definitely stay there again and we would highly recommend B&B Buongiorno Roma to anyone who want to have a good, private accommodation at a budget price. Natalia and Alexander

Patricia made us feel very welcome in her lovely BnB. She was helpful and friendly. Her tips on where to go were spot on. The bed was very comfortable. Though the location seems a bit far away from Termini, in fact, we found it pretty easy to navigate and get back (20 mins max by bus 105/night bus 18). We preferred the bus to the tram but both were easy to get and the tram is probably faster. The neighbourhood seemed safe and there were some local places for dinner and drinks that she had suggested as an alternative. Overall, our stay there was excellent.

Buongiorno Roma exactly matches description. It's about 15 minute ride from Termini by tram, which runs very often during the day, we never waited more than a few minutes. The location is in a residential neighborhood, there is a couple of convenience stores and unpretentious places to eat. Our room was spacious with a quiet air conditioner and a good size bathroom. What makes this place a real find is its owner Patrizia. She made us feel at home and helped us tremendously to make the most of our three night stay in Rome.

We were in Rome on May and we were very satisfied with this accomodation. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok. We asked more coffe and to add cheese, we had got it. It was not so far from the centre and the connection by Pantano train was quick and confident. Even Patrizia was excellent guide. She helped us with many important information. She knows much more about Rome than any other guide. She took us on trip around the city last night by her own car. We will always remember this joyride. Thanks again.

We stayed in Buongiorno Roma for a whole week and were most satisfied with everything about the accommodation. The B & B is on the top floor of a quiet residential building and has three nice and clean rooms with private baths, AC, TV and free WLAN. Right next to the rooms is a kitchen area reserved for breakfast and guests to use. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave oven, gas stove etc. so it's also possible to do some cooking if you like. There is also a PC for guest use if you don't happen to carry a laptop. The hostess Patrizia is most kind and helpful and will see to that you have everything you need. She is also very flexible about the arrival (we arrived after midnight) and departure times, so don't be afraid to ask i.e. an earlier breakfast. She can also provide you with information about tourist attractions (also stuff that's not in guidebooks! ;-), give out maps and tips about which bus lines to take, suggest good local restaurants etc. She also helped us to get the local transportation tickets on the first day and showed the way to the local train stop Filarete. All of this was most appreciated when we were just getting our bearings. And as a totally unexpected bonus, Patrizia took us on a tour around Rome by night in her car which was a perfect end to our holiday! We also got a lift to the Termini station when we were leaving which just goes to show how nice she is. I would sincerely recommend this B & B to everyone planning to visit Rome. It isn't in the exact centre of the town, but the public transport gets you quickly wherever you like to go. We'd definitely stay here again!

The property is easy to reach if you are following the instructions from the website. It is 15 min away by trenino from Termini station (the ticket is 1 euro and has a validity of 75 mins).I would not recommend the bus 105 which also takes you to Filarete because it takes longer time and it is always full of people. Buongiorno Roma looks better in reality that on the website's photos and Patrizia&Nicoleta are very nice and helpful. The breakfast it is ok (tea, coffee, juice, yogurts, croissants) but we would have liked some ham and cheese also in the morning because we do not eat that much sweetness. Anyway there is a cafetaria on the same street where you can find good sandwiches for 2.50euros. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Buongiorno Roma.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Patrizia and her daughter. Patrizia was most gracious in providing information, recommendations and other assistance. When we arrived in Italy at the start of our trip, we needed an extra 2 nights at the end of our 3 weeks and we were pleased that Patrizia was able to accommodate us for those 2 nights. The breakfasts were very good and the location, although out of the tourist sector, was quite accessible to the downtown historic sector via a 10 minute tram which was 3 minutes from the b&b. The B&B was really nice. The owner was extremely nice and very helpful with any questions we had. The location was ideal, just a block away from the bus and the tram that would take you to the Termini station. There was also an internet cafe on the same block as the B&B with a very helpful owner. The only suggestions I would recommend to the owner of the B&B would be to list the name of the B&B next to the door buzzer outside the building, it was a bit difficult to find. Also, something more than toast to eat in the morning would have been wonderful. Other than those two minor items, our stay was wonderful. Rome is amazing, although extremely hot in May.

Buongiorno Roma is a really lovely place to stay. Patrizia, which is the owner of the B&B is a really nice Person. She was so helpfully and give us really good References for Restaurants in the near of our Accommodation and which Bus Line we have to take. The Bus Stopp is just few minutes from B&B. With Bus Line 81 you can visit all Objects of interest and with the same Bus Line you can drive back (there is the Endstation so dont be afraid you miss your station). The only disadvantages are, that the surrounding field is not really good and with bus you have to drive round about 40 minutes to town, but hey, the price is excellent and the Bus Line in the near.

We stayed here for five nights and absolutely loved the warm gracious hospitality we received. Patrizia was extremely accomodating, the rooms were spotless and lovely. The only downside (for some) would be the location. We had been to Rome before and were comfortable getting around on the metro, trains and busses, so it was absolutely no problem for us. A first timer to the city might want to stay a bit closer in town, but if you are comfortable getting around, this is an outstanding value for the money. The neighborhood seemed to us a typical working-class neighborhood, people were friendly and we did not have any problems at all. The train stop is at the end of the block, and the busses (which we preferred) come by constantly, making it very easy to get around. Breakfast here was a treat for us, and Patrizia helped us work on our Italian. We will definitely return!
