Bed and Breakfast BB360 - Rome

The host is a marvellous character, very engaging and competent, with a great sense of hospitality. The breakfast is superb, on the building top, with plenty of food ! The rooms are quiet, very close to the City of Vatican, right next to the metro, with easy access into everywhere in Rome. The accomodation is styled, neat and reflects the owners'taste, just like the breakfast also reflect his fondness on good food. Excellent stay, I'll certainly come back there.

Marcello is the best host! Getting to know him over breakfast and in the evenings was one the highlights of our trip!

My wife and I stayed in BB360 from 10 - 14 November 2011. It is difficult to find the right words to describe our more than positive experience. Our host could have invented hospitality; it was top. We can recommend this B&B to everybody; no hesitation. The location is great too: close to the Vatican and close to a Metro station. Whenever we are going to visit Rome again we will try to book BB360.

A well located delightful B&B.Apart from the rooms being spacious and clean the common area was a quite, quaint roof garden.The breakfast serviced at your convience on the roof garden was senational and the hosts Marcello and Yumi are delightful and very friendly.We enjoyed their hospitality on several occasions of an evening over a wine on the roof terrace.The extra attention and service we received makes BB 360 the best of all the occomadation we used throught our 8 week European holiday.We would have no hesitation recommending this B&B to anybody young or old and its location is perfect.

Best B&B we have ever stayed in! Located less than 10mins walk from the Vatican and 2 mins from the train station. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast fabulous but what makes this B&B stand out is the wonderful owner and staff who are so welcoming, helpful and professional that you'll almost feel like you are staying with friends.

Very nice BB. Very well located next to vatican and close to metro. Very quiet (unusual in rome) and so charming. Breakfast are big and so good! But the best is marcello: so friendly.You fell like at home. Go toBB 360 you will like it as we did for 5 days.

The best surprise we had during our Italian vacation! BB 360 is in reality a boutique hotel, with elegant modern minimalist furniture, and owner/manager Marcello Donato is a perfect gentleman who personally cooks delicious gourmet fare and entertains you with witty conversation over a vast range of subjects, besides being available at all times, displaying patience and charm. The Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Square are five minutes away and all of Rome can be reached through the Subway, which is 100 metres from the hotel. The only concern I have is that telling everybody about BB360 qualities will make it much harder for me to secure a room for next year's vacation...one of the best hotels I have experienced in my long career as a traveler. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at BB360 in June 2010. Marcello was extremely helpful, and the breakfast kept us full as we traipsed around Rome. We had the smallest of the rooms available and it was plenty of space for us. If I ever get back to Rome, I hope to stay at BB360 again.

I can't say enough great things about Marcello and BB360 given the space limitations, but I'll do my best! He and his staff are so warm, friendly, and kind. We had the largest room, and it was absolutely cavernous by European hotel room standards. It was clean, and had a wonderfully modern touch. It was also quiet. We got to choose our breakfast time each morning, and the food was amazing. Marcello makes a great omelette with balsamic vinegar, so make sure to ask for it! We also had coffee, breads, fruit cocktails, yogourt, and assorted meats offered every morning. Marcello was more than willing to offer advice and help with our daily sightseeing plans, including recommending good restaurants and suggesting that we book our Vatican Museum tickets online to avoid the lines. On a special note, it was my birthday during our stay there. Marcello had a unique cake prepared for the occasion, and he was even willing to let me ride his motorcycle around Rome for a day (which had been a dream of mine) after he had difficulty finding and booking one on for me. He also recommended a particularly special restaurant for the occasion. Our stay at BB360 was the best part of our time in Rome, and we would stay again in a heartbeat. I will be recommending it to all our friends who go to Rome, and I recommend it to you as well!

We had a great stay and truly enjoyed our outstanding breakfasts, wine and snacks on the rooftop terrace with Marcello, the owner/host. (Marcello also welcomed us with great hospitality and helped us with good tips and advice for vacationing in Rome). What a great retreat from the city BB 360 is! The only negative is that the room was small, but we have never found spacious rooms in all of Europe so the size was par for the course. The location is excellent, and the vicinity was clean and felt very safe. You are less than a block from the Metro which makes it handy and cheap to go farther distances than you would want to walk on foot, including the airport and the Roma Termini train station. All in all a great deal! (PS, there is a small elevator which is nice, some places don't have them.)

My wife and I stayed here while we were in Rome for a few days in April 2010. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and would be happy to stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was excellent.

I would definitely recommend BB 360 to all my friends and my family as this was a wonderful place to stay at. Very professional, very quiet, lovely breakfast, located close to underground so easy access to all good spots to visit. Thank you to Michaela for her warm welcome, she has done an excellent job to take care of us !

BB360 has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, just next to the Vatican. We loved the roof terrace and the delicious breakfasts. Marcello, the owner made our stay really unforgetable with his cheerful and open attitude towards people. We would definitely come back, if we have the opportunity.

Charming B&B, excellent spot for a vacation (wife and I stayed here while honeymooning in Italy). Marcello, the proprietor, is extremely friendly and very helpful. He gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants (good restaurants, where most of the clientele are local Italians, not tourists), and offered his phone and computer so that we could make a reservation at a museum and check our email, respectively. The breakfast was amazing - eggs made to order, cappucino, coffee, juice, cheeses, ham & salami, bread, yoghurt, etc. - all served on a gorgeous rooftop terrace. Marcello also uses the rooftop to serve complimentary evening hors d'oeuvres and wine. The hotel is easy walking distance from the Vatican, and about a block from the Metro, so it worked well as a home base to explore Roma. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and were definitely spoiled - none of the other 5 places we stayed during other parts of the trip were as good.

Marcello was a fantastic host. It was like staying with an old friend. He is a first class host and the little extras like happy hour and nibbles were over and above what you would expect. I would highly recommend BB360 to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

Excellent host that makes you feel highly welcome!

We were just there June 23-26th. Marchello is wonderful and so friendly. We can not say enough good things about this place. The rooms were clean, breakfast on the roof garden was delicious and more than enough to start a day of walking. The room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is only a few blocks from the metro and Vatican. We also went to Florence and Venice and spent three times as much for a room but BB360 was our favorite!

Owner and staff are all outstanding! Charming; friendly; went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were well taken care of, and that we enjoyed our stay. Owner upgraded us to the largest room at no extra charge. Rooftop terrace is a heavenly haven from ordinarily noisy Rome. Breakfast was abundant with meats, bakery fresh large yummy croissants; fresh Italian crusty bread; toast; cheese; jams; spreads; gourmet coffee; fresh orange juice, etc. They even had breakfast prepared for us before we checked out at 4:30 AM to catch an early flight. Superb location five minute walk from the Vatican. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Nous avons passé avec mon ami 5 jours à Rome au BB 360, où giulia nous a acceuilli avec sympathie, gentillesse et générosité dans son hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes. Chambres spacieuses, trés bien décorées (moderne), douillettes; sanitaires impeccables...et Giulia aux petits soins en toute discrétion et de trés bon conseil pour le séjour. Petits déjeuners mémorables. 10-15 minutes de marche jusqu'au centre, Taxi 7 euros pour rentrer le soir!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend last week and were so very pleased with it I am writing a review here for the first time ever! When I booked a cheap flight for us to go to Rome I set about looking for a nice hotel and was stunned at how expensive the mid- range hotelas are. When I found BB360 I thought it looked really chic and was very hopeful it would look as it does in the pictures. No disappointment when we arrived - it was exactly as it looks in the pics! Our room was clean, SPOTLESSLY clean, and funkily furnished. The bathroom was lovely - all white and soft fluffy towels. And the room was cleaned every day too. Giulia was fantastic - the most warm welcoming helpful person. We had breakfast every day on the roof terrace - really pretty and intimate (the terrace not the breakfast!) - breakfast is continental with far more than you can eat and great coffee. I travel extensively with my work and have stayed in some of the best hotels around the world but would have no hesitation in highly recommending this place to anyone who asks. STAY HERE!!!
