The Barberini Suites offers boutique accommodation in Rome, right in the heart of the city centre. Located along Via del Tritone, a few minutes from Piazza Barberini, this Rome Town House Suite is a short walk from the Trevi Fountain, as well as shopping areas around the 3 roads which form the so-called Trident - Via del Corso, Via del Babuino, and Via Ripetta. You can also walk up Via Sistina to the Spanish Steps. Also, with the Metro Line A nearby, you are within minutes' of the Vatican and St Peter's too.

With such a central location, the Barberini Suites are the ideal luxury accommodation in Rome for tourists or business travelers who want to experience the pumping heart of the Eternal City but are not worried about staying in a hotel with a fancy restaurant or top fitness facilities that only boost the rooms' price needlessly. As you are right in Rome City Center, gourmet restaurants and leisure facilities are all around you anyway.

Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout these baroque-styled town house suites, and there is a reception desk open 24 hours a day where you will be given a map upon check-in and be able to book guided tours. Roundtrip airport shuttle service is provided on request for a fee.

Pets are accepted at this property (restrictions apply).

This place was exactly what we wanted & nice hotel with a reasonable price in the heart of the city centre... Excellent value for money, lovely room, beds comfy too... Shower head was broken but I would get over that pretty easily.

We could not have picked a better location. Its a small nicely run place where breakfast is served on a tray in your room, something we like rather than large hotels where this is always lots of people and you have to go down to breakfast. Its a 5 min walk to the metro and an easy walk to all the top spots in Rome. The rooms are large with areas other than the bed to sit on. The bathroom was also large which is really nice. We stayed in the Michaelanglo suite. Loved everything about it especially the great cappuncinos in the morning. When in Rome next we would look to stay here again.

We stayed 7 nights at the Barberini suite in a well maintained, air-conditioned, well furnitured and very clean room accommodating 2 adults and 1 child. Considering the age of inner city buildings in the area, the room was relatively spacious, although the shower cabinet was tiny and does not suit big body frames. The beds offered very comfortable firm support and the double-glased windows blocked the street noise completely out. A continental breakfast is served in the room. The hotel appears to have no public facilities other than the lift, which coming from the ground floor entrance will only be reached after a short flight of stairs. However, we have seen the reception staff help guests carry their luggage to the lift and into their rooms. The staff was absolutely fabulous, especially Flori and Alberto, who made us feel at home. The location of Barberini Suites is excellent. The hotel is opposite to stops for various city buses and only a three minutes walk to the metro station (line A), which takes you to the Vatican or in the opposite direction to Termini were you can change onto Line B to the colosseum and pyramides. The Spanish Steps and Tivoli Fountain are only 5-10 minutes walk away. On the way to Tivoli Fountain you find a small DeSpar supermarket to make your stay in Rome more affordable. There are many restaurants in the area which suit all budgets. Would we stay there again - absolutely.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a great place to stay at. The only remark I have is when we ordered our breakfast to come in at a certain time we had a reason for it. It was a bit late and nearly made us late for a tour we had already booked. Otherwise great. Friendly staff at reception, perfect location.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. We upgraded to the Caravaggio Suite which was well worth the money in terms of spaciousness. The room has been recently renovated and all features and touches are excellent.Only drawback is that room is opposite Reception and you can hear all activity and conversations at all times of the day. Our room didn't have hot water for about 24 hours and only came back intermittently for the rest of our stay. The air conditioner didn't work either. Both of these problems are quite common apparently throughout Italy. The room has a bath only with a hand held shower nozzle which is not to everyone's preference and certainly not ours. We would however recommend this hotel and would probably come back to stay again.

My wife and I spent 31 days in Europe. We started by spending 4 days in New York City and then on to London, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Florence, Pisa, and Venice. Hands down our stay at Barberini Suites was the best. The rooms are huge. We opened our huge windows to a view of Via Deltone and another street across the way. Great people watching view. The location is very close to the Tritone Fountain, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. I can't say enough good things about Sarah, you will find her friendly, outgoing, and so helpful. We loved her. Anyone going to Rome should stay here. The best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Barberini Suites and recommend it strongly and without reservation. The staff was very courteous, friendly, helpful, extremely competent, and knowledgeable. Alesandro was a wealth of information and guidance. He even knew exactly how I should go about resolving a parking violation I got in Tuscany. He even did the paperwork for me. How often will a hotel do someting like that for you?? Sarah was also very friendly and helpful. She volunteered to find addresses of ristoranti I was looking for, made recommendations, and, above all, was happy to do so. And most importantly, my girfriend was extremely happy with the room and bathroom facilties. Our room was very clean, nicely maintained, and huge by big city standards and for the price. The bathroom was very large, nicely and well equipped and clean. Excellent wireless internet access. We were very impressed and will definitely stay there again. The location was safe, convenient, and excellent: right in between the Spanish Steps and Tivoli, around the corner from Via Veneto, right at a Metro entrance and a bus stop, and very close to Via del Corso and Condotti. I strongly recommend Alla Rampa ristorante nearby and close to the Sp.Steps in Piazza Mignanelli. The fettucini with porcini mushrooms was out of this world and the sworfish alla Siciliana was exquisite. And a little ristorante around the corner from the hotel: La Fontanella Sistina on via Sistina was inexpensive, attentive, authentic, and very good.

The Barberini Suites has excellent accomodations and the staff is amazing. We were in a triple room and it was very spacious. We stayed in both the Michelango and Raefello rooms which are exactly as shown on the web, including the features of free WiFi, minibar. The rooms are very clean with excellent sound-proofing; we could not hear either the street and our neighbors. As I said earlier, the staff was amazing and the reason we chose to come back to Barberini Suites for a second stay. Sara did an excellent job of recommending restaurants, bus/train travel and even shopping areas. We also want to thank Flori who actually found my daughter's blanket and held it until we returned to Rome (after a week trip to Ponza). Alberto, thank you for all your help and we hope to see everyone again at Barberini Suites. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The only problem we had with the room was the shower in our room. The water pressure wasn't great and the hot water only worked occasionally. It certainly didn't put a damper on our trip. We had a fabulous time and we would definitely recommend the Barberini Suites to our friends.

Very nice hotel - clean, spacious, well decorated rooms. Friendly stuff. Some rooms are noisy - ask for rooms with courtyard windows. Excellent location - all sights are in walking distance, bus stop near the hotel, metro station in 3 minutes walk. The only shortcoming - WiFi doesnt work properly.

The hotel is located in good place. it's very close to Barberni station and not so far from Trevi fountain. I enjoyed Trevi a lot until midnight while I was staying in Barberini Suites. Also Staff was kind.

This Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Small boutique type, free wireless internet service that actually works! Would have no hesitation in reccomending to either single travellers or couples. Not sure if it would suit families. I would have no issues with returning here in the future.

We had a difficult time finding the suites. Taxi driver did not know the exact location so he dropped us off on the street and we had to walk across the busy street. Gaining entrance to the suites was difficult as we were attempting to make contact with the desk by intercom with the busy street noise. It would have been helpful to know beforehand how to gain access to the facility. The security of the building was interesting but comfortable. Entering the building one does not gain a sense of style or comfort a the walk up the stairs proceeds through an area of disrepair. Use of the left or elevator would have been helpful. We used it to leave but had no idea of it's availabilty on arrival. The outside decor did not do justice to what we found in the suite itself. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and the service was good. One cannot judge a book by it's cover. Location of teh suites made travel by foot to many interesting areas very easy. Good stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel. Simple, but well cleaned and quite big room. Near from bus stop and metro station. Good price and good services. I stayd with my parents for 1 night and with my hadsband for 1 night. Both triple room and double room were nice and quite big. One thing that bothered us was 'HOT'. We couldn't turn off the central heating... (we stayd in November) Anyway, I highly recomend this hotel! -------------------------------------------- Mi e' piaciuto tanto questo albergo. Era vicino a fermata di autobus e Metro. La camera era spaziosa e bella. Consiglio a tutti e tornerei molto volentieri.
