Can't find a better deal for the price. The hotel is two blocks from the main Rome train station, the room and bathrooms are very clean, my room was spacious and comfortable. It's true that the staff is small, and you need to give your arrival time ahead of time so they'll be sure to be in the office to let you in. But even after that, they're around a lot, if not in the office then in the bathroom scrubbing or out getting food for breakfast. You can always text them and they respond within 5 minutes. I found the staff friendly and responsive, and knowledgeable about the area, for example Diana told me where to find an Internet cafe just a block away. The breakfast included meat and yogurt, not just the usual hard bun and coffee. The place was an amazing deal, and I'll stay there again the next time I'm in Rome.

It was like staying at home! I liked the smallness of the place. Diana was also VERY helpful!

I had booked a single room with shared bath, but got a four-person room all for myself with a private bath, at a very nice price. So no complaints there. The room was in another building (they have several appartments scattered near the railway station) and had no internet connection, which was a bit of a bummer, but there was a net café/laundry 2 metres down the street, so no worries. All in all, an easy stay but got a few surprises, so your mileage may vary.

The room(chamber) which was rented(praised) to me by arriving in Rome was not the one planned at the beginning, but the changes were indicated to me with the new address upon my arrival in Rome thus no complications of this quoted(esteemed). Upon my arrival I was good acceuillie by the person in charge of the management of rooms(chambers); but I have decouvert that toilets were common what had me pa specified during the reservation but marked in English on my papers of reservations; thus it's my fault: nothing to say. Toilets were trés appropriate(clean) and indeed entretenusMa spacious room(chamber) gave onto an inner courtyard thus trés calm down, what was not the case of people which had it a which looked onto the street.. The apartment was trés appropriate(clean) and the young perfect dejeuner. The only point to be criticized would be the cleanliness of the building with sound ascenseur*mais it had one of it! * covered with poussiére on the railings(bars) which surrounded him(it). The nearness of the station *10mn on foot * is an advantage. In conclusion: my voyage is very good+++++

If you do not suffer of claustrophobia and if you are happy to wait for 1 hour for someone to open the door, then you can face the adventure to sleep in Trani B&B. BTW, better to go there in the winter, because there is no air condition and sometimes Rome can be very hot and the room is far too small to survive!

The rooms were neat and clean . but for the price quoted it is not up to the standard. they could provide some fresh and decent breakfast. good place to stay if you cant get room with attached toilet at anyother place

Before chose the room in B&B Rooms Trani I read some comments about it. I was a little bit scarried by some comments about noisy and not very clean rooms and also absence of towels. But as I had to stay only one night I've accepted it, 'cause it was cheap. And I really liked this B&B! The responsable person (a roumanian girl) met me very friendly and the room and bath were clean. The towel and the bed linen were also clean. It was just near the train station Termini what was important for me, cause it's nearby of one of the Sightseeing buses stops. The breakfast was OK - a croissant, a marmalade, some bread and coffee. It was really quiet and I enjoyed this B&B very much.

We don´t recommend this property to anybody.

Due to scheduing/booking conflict, I was moved to an alternate property south west of train station. Alternate location steps from metro. Excellent value for the dollar. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room and bath freshened/cleaned daily.

The location is good, close to Termini railway station and the staff was friendly. However the room was too small and the shared bathroom was poor, therefore it was not worth paid EUR 45, it could be cheaper...

I really enjoyed my stay in Rome and in "B&T Rooms Trani". The accomodation is located very close to the trainstation Termini and the room and shared bathroom are very clean. The owner and also his assistant - Claudia - are very friendly and I could recommend this hostel for everyone who looks for a central (and quiet!) and clean accomodation with a good price/quality relationship.

You call yourself Bed&Breakfast, as such I found you in the Internet, but there was no breakfast. Water pressure in the shower was so low, that it was very difficult to wash my hair. Our room led to the yard, that means it was very quiet and had no sun at all. In winter this might be a problem. But at the 30°C, we were very grateful about that, because our room had no air conditioning. But at least we had a fan turning all the night. We enjoyed, that we were totally independent with our own keys, and for low budget clientèles it is good enough. The location near Termine was excellent and the house solid and o.k. Next time I´ll go to Rome I will think about air conditioning and my own bathroom. And I will make sure to have a breakfast.

We were *very* disappointed with this stay. We felt we had no privacy or security while there. My wife wouldn't shower there. Had we not confirmed it with a credit card, we would have stayed elsewhere.

We stayed in B&T rooms for a week. Overall its an OK place to stay if you intend to travel the whole day and only use the rooms to sleep at night. Since we left the rooms at 6.30am and got back only at 9pm it didn't matter to us but let me warn everyone there are no TVs, no radios, no magazines, no food in the rooms to keep you entertained. Also rooms are very small. Visitors are advised to take their own soaps/towels, etc. The best thing about this place is its proximity to Termini station so commuting was never a problem. Antonio is a helpful guy....problem is he doesn't understand English very well but stil manages to help out. All in all OK value for money

It is located in the center of city, just a few mins walk from termini station. the only good point is convinence. apart from that, the room is so small, can only provide double-deck bed, and small table and one chair. it is even smaller than the youth hostel. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. please note that!! i won't recommend this place unless you have no choice.

The map available online is a little misleading though we had no real difficulty in locating trani. Our room was located just around the corner from the main place but this was not an inconvenience. Antonio was extremely pleasant and helpful when we arrived and made us feel at ease and welcome. Visitors will need to know that they will need to take their own towels etc. The bathroom/shower was both excellent and really clean. The rooms are located only minutes from the Roma Termini (train station) and the bus station. Number 40 bus will take you to the Vatican, get your tickets at the newsagaent at the bus station. Never had a poor glass of red whilst we were there, only good to excellent. Overall we had an excellent stay in clean and pleasant rooms - no TV in rooms, but not a problem for us.
