877-662-6988The top-floor apartment is home to the B&B and lies on the fifth floor of the building which conveniently has a lift/elevator. Each guest room has a balcony with great views overlooking the gardens of Castel Sant'Angelo, the Palace of Justice or the Vatican Walls.
A tasty breakfast is served between 7.30am and 10.00am and rooms are cleaned daily. Guests can check in their rooms any time from 1.00pm and check out should be made before 11.00am.
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your estimated time of arrival and also of any possible delays which may occur after notifying us.
The owner, who personally overlooks the running of the bed and breakfast and is multilingual (Italian, English, German and French), will be at your disposal for any information you may require throughout your stay.
The B&B is just a short distance from Saint Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. Such an advantageous location also guarantees that you will have easy access to all of Rome's attractions, including the Spanish Steps, the Quirinale, Piazza Navona, and the Trevi Fountain, as well as the major shopping areas of Via Cola di Rienzo, Via Ottaviano and Via del Corso.
Close by is the quaint district of Trastevere, with its excellent selection of authentic Roman restaurants, cafés and bars. Easily within walking distance is the Ottaviano-S. Pietro metro station (line A), as well as several bus stops, all of which allow you to quickly and efficiently get around the whole city.

A very kind and available owner. Nice rooms with new and clean bathrooms. Very good breakfast. Very well situated bed and breakfast from which everything can be undertaken by foot to reach Vatican or the center of the city.

Outstanding B&B. Luca is the most friendly helpful host I have ever met, he really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent location, close to the metro, and safe to walk around at night.

Luca was great. You could walk anywhere in Rome and is right by the Vatican.Breakfast was the best we had.Room was very quiet.

Had a few days in Rome with my wife. At Your Place is excellently located - We walked to all the major attractions. Luca (the owner) is very friendly and provided us with lots of useful information about where to go, where to eat, etc. The breakfast was excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wir haben im April 4 Nächte im Bed&Breakfast At your Place verbracht und waren sehr begeistert. Angefangen von den neuen und sauberen Zimmern, über das reichliche und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, bis hin zum Gastgeber und der Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Luca hat sich vortrefflich um uns gekümmert und konnte uns noch jede Frage um/über Rom beantworten.(Busstationen, Restaurants,etc...) Die ausgezeichnete Lage ermöglichte uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zuerreichen. Ebenso gibt es unweit der Unterkunft ausgezeichnete Restaurants (Pizzeria Porta Catello (sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis) und La Barca (gutes Essen, vor Allem die Fischgerichte. Jedoch sollte man auspassen, was man bestellt, da man sehr schnell zu einem Menü überredet wird, ohne es zu wissen (40€ p.P. und sehr empfehlenswert) Beim nächsten Rombesuch werden wir wieder im Bed&Breakfast At your Place übernachten.

How to reach At Your Place Bed and Breakfast
By carFrom the Grande Raccordo Anulare ( G.R.A. ) that surrounds Rome take exit number 1 (Via Aurelia / Città Del Vaticano) in the direction of the city centre and follow the Via Aurelia until Piazza Irnerio. At the square take the road Via Baldo Degli Ubaldi up to Piazza Risorgimento. From here take the road Via S. Porcari and continue straight on until you reach Via di Porta Castello.
By train
From Termini train station take the bus (route 40 express) and alight at the last stop which is Piazza Pia. Alternatively, take the metro at Termini station (line A in the direction of "Battistini" and alight at "Ottaviano-San Pietro" station.
By airplane
