Bed and Breakfast Ariana - Rome

VERY GOOD Distance to THE DOWNTOWN, 5 minutes to Metro & Train Station Termini

Good location, very quiet ( except some birds sing very loudy in the mornings), enough space.

We needed a cheap nights accommodation in this location and this ticked all the boxes. There is no reception so that is slightly misleading. However when we did find the owner we were taken straight to our room, and given an awesome map, and told where to get breakfast in the little kitchen before we left early in the morning. GREAT! Shared bathrooms - reasonably tidy. Very secure with about 4 locks to get to your room.

Had to pay in cash only, spending xtra to get money out of atm machine. Bed old & lumpy, pillows old & flat, no toilet paper, and towels not available. Although the breakfast room was always available and you can get groceries and eat in. Close to train which is both good & bad.

Very good location, good access to all main routes and sites. Great that you can leave your luggage there for a small fee once you checked out. The only let down is the breakfast but overall it`s a nice place to stay in.

Excellent hotel for the money. polite and helpful staff. quiet place. safe. of the disadvantages - lack of internet.

Hotel location is excellent, and good security, because the log is transported through two locked gate. Room cleanliness really surprised us and the breakfast was sufficient to start a new day. Rome has just never been totally silent, so it must be prepared - the hotel room is one of three rooms on the fifth floor of the former apartment and a kitchen on a comprehensive apartment, the kitchen is shared. I recommend this hotel to a friend, intending to travel to Rome.

Very clean and nice rooms. Friendly staff and a god location just a block from Termini station.

I don't think you can expect more for the price we paid.I had had e-mail contact ahead of arrival to make sure we got breakfast. Everything worked fine. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the sheets and towels changed 3 times during a 7 night stay. You could only pay with cash, and that should be written in the ad for the B&B.
