A really good welcoming from Gabriela, she doesn't speak French but a little English, so it's easiy to communicate. The only bad point is the isolation in the room, you hear the traffic at night. Rooms are very clean and confortable. It was a very good journey ! I highly recommand it !

Very nice and helpful staff. Just 3 blocks to Castelo San Angelo and Vatican. Kitchen very nice and available for your own meals. Bathroom clean and efficient. Beware of Rome taxi driver tricks- switched bills on us- said I gave him a 10 euro when I gave him a 50...but beautiful city and culture! Best trip of my life!

I stayed in Annette B&B for 5 days and I loved it! I totally recommend it! Annette is a cousy apartment where you can feel like home. The location is great, very close to vatican city, via cola di rienzo and via del corso (streets with famous shopping stores). If you are a pizza lover, there is a great pizzeria in via Ezio, #16... just 0,4 km from Annette. The pizza slice costs you only 1 or 2 euros and it is simply great! The employees only speak italian but they're very nice and helpful. They are very welcoming. Annete B&B has only 3 or 4 rooms that are cleaned every day. It is so private that makes you feel in your own apartment. You are even free to get into the kitchen when you please. Do not hesitate to book this B&B, you won't regret.

the B&B is very cosy with a private atmosphere. the staff is welcoming friendly. at first sight it made a clean impression however we found pubic hair on the sheets, which was quite a shock for us. the street was very noisy too.

The hostess(Gabriela) was very charming and attentive. The owner of the place(Mr.Giorgio) was very warm and accomodating! The location in proximity to the sights of Rome is a definite plus as it is within walking distance to the Vatican Museums,Vatican City and other important sites.I will definitely recommend this place and I will come back and stay here again when I go to Rome!

We loved staying here! This was a first trip to Rome with my two college-aged sons, and this turned out to be a perfect place to stay. Everything was excellent except the busy road outside our window that made it a little noisy. But this seemed pretty typical for Rome. But the host was the best (thanks for the personally cooked breakfasts!), the location was ideal, and the beds were great. We'll stay again when we get a chance.

We are a family of 5, with 3 children and our room was big enough, although full of beds ... We had our own bathroom accross the hall (as specified in the website). The room was on the first floor in a very busy street and as a consequence VERY noisy (including during the night). We slept well though. The room was very dark (we had to keep the lights on all the time) but I guess it is an advantage in summer when it gets hot. The bathroom was new and clean, but with nowhere to hang the towels or put your things. The best part for us was the kitchen : we had our breakfast there and we could use it at night to picknic so we did not have to go out in search of a restaurant for dinner with the children. The kitchen has only 4 chairs and you have to share it with the other guests, but we never had any synchronization problems during our whole stay. The owners are very nice : they prepared us capuccino and served us breakfast every day and they stayed up late (01:00) to welcome us when we arrived. You can go on foot to the Vatican, but to go to the center it is a bit more complicated : the nearest metro station is at a good 10mn walk and our hosts did not seem to know about a more convenient way to get there.

I accidentally booked our stay starting one day too early and only realized the day we were supposed to arrive. Our flight was over night though so we didn't arrive until one day later. Though we did have to pay for the night I had booked even though we didn't stay there, the very nice owner of Annette B&B offered to allow us to stay an extra night in the room for no extra cost. Annette B&B is located very close to St. Peter's Basilica and was much nicer than many of the other hotels that we were looking at when booking. I highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful B & B. George makes a great breakfast (and dinner too as one night he cooked for us because we were stuck home waiting for our lost luggage). The rooms are clean, spacious, and in a great city location. More than that, though, this was a very warm and welcoming place to stay. My husband and I were on our honeymoon with no luggage, and George was very helpful and supportive. A great place to stay!

I have family in Rome, but we decided to stay at a bed and breakfast this time and it truly felt like home. Giorgio was extremely friendly and helpful he even provided us with a wake up call, espresso's and cooked us a delicious breakfast before we left for the airport. One feature we really liked was the secure entry system and security at the desk. Overall the B & B was clean, friendly, close to the heart of Rome and met all of my expectations. I would highly recommend you to stay there.

The B&B is simple, comfortable and clean. The owner is extrememly welcoming and sweet. The B&B is located in a very elegant buidling surrounded with shops and life. It is well located, 10 minutes from the Vatican and 10 minutes from the heart of the city, all by foot. I'd definitly go back!

After 3days' staying in a very small room of a hotel in Paris,Anette's spacious room was sooooo nice to us. The owner of the BB was absent at our arrival, but other person was said to welcome us, so there was no problem. For the first breakfast, the owner made a delicious meal for us which was with boiled egg and cheese like a English breakfast. The next day we had to do everthing but, my daughter and I thought its okay and the owner teached us how to use the kitchen of ourselves yesterday. One thing, because of the machine's troubre, we had to pay with cash. The bus 482 is very convenient to access to the BB especially from the Termini station. It takes 12 minutes on foot to the Vatican Museums. Plus, you can go direct to Testaccio with the bus 23. If there isn't the traffic noise at night, perfect.

The accommodation and location was excellent. However, the B&B is not staffed and we had to arrange to meet someone there. They were late leaving us to stand outside in the rain for 40 minutes which unfortunately means I cannot recommend this B&B.

This location is excellent if you are interested in visiting the Vatican. It is a short walk from the property and there are excellent restaurants in the vicinity. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water available for the three rooms, if all were bathing at the same time.

Kitchen was not clean, and there was essentially no breakfast available after the first day. Owner's daughter lives in an adjacent apartment. She came in noisily at 3 in the morning several days, waking up my wife, children, and the neighbors. The owner, Jean Pierre, yelled at my wife for waking the neighbors. Until they resolve their family problems I can't recommend this B&B.

We enjoyed our stay at Annette. They were very nice, clean, plenty of food for breakfast, and spoke some English... Had suggestions of trips to make. The only thing we didn't like was how loud the traffic was during rush hour. I would still recomend this place to friends to stay for convenience, closeness to vatican, river, and rest of rome.
