This B&B located in the historic center of Rome is situated on the third floor of a 19th-century building equipped with an elevator. The spacious, quiet and tastefully restored room has three single beds (which together can make up a king size bed)plus an ensuite bathroom with stall shower. The room is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions.Termini mainline station with its air terminal connection is only a 10-minute walk away, while the Vittorio Emanuele subway is just around the corner. The friendly owner ,who personally maintain the apartment's cleanliness and take pride in its decorative features speak several European languages.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Roma. The room was very well located, approximately 15 to 20 minute walk from the central train. I noted some of the comments about the neighbourhood, but we felt safe walking to the room at 1 a.m. one night. The breakfast was good, and the welcome very friendly and helpful. Too bad we could not make it to the gelato shop that was recommended. The price is a bit high for what you receive, but only when you compare it to other cities in Italy. This is Roma, and accommodation costs more. All in all, would certainly stay here again. The proprietor is a lovely Italian woman whom we found helpful and kind, and herself being well travelled, her knowledge of this type of experience was useful.

Near to public transport. Room is spacious and calm. Flora is very gentle and helpfull. We could drop our luggage in the morning on the first day and on the last day we could pick up the luggage in the evening before we left to the airport (we even could take a shower before leaving!). Breakfast is Italian style but we could prepare things if we liked to (little kitchen). Neighbourhood is not so attractive (dirty, sometimes drunken people on the street)but no-one bothered us. No problem to take the bus into the city in the evening to go out for supper. Also good restaurant in Termini and fantastic icecream in a street nearby.

The room is quiet as it overlooks an inner courtyard, spacious and simply furnished with antique furniture and paved with its original tiles.The ensuite bathroom has been completely restored and equipped with modern tiles.
