Good location: next to several bus stops (but metro is not very close), many restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are very clean, but small. The guy who works there is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is not included, but you can find a lot of good bars nearby. Unfortunately the lift was out of order and none of the guests was informed before arrival. My room was extremely noisy and TV was useless. If the lift is ok and you find a quite room, it can be a good stay.

The room is beautiful and the hot water ample. The Cesar Rome's major drawback is that is has no on-site employees. I learned this after booking and called the caretaker two times to schedule an appointment. He expects you to have an Italian cell phone, but coming from abroad this was not possible. Due to a communications mix-up, he was not there. Fortunately, some German tourists with a cell phone were already waiting, but were unable to figure our how to call his cell number. We finally reached him, but it took half an hour for him to show and we had to wait on the sidewalk in the cold. There were no nearby payphones to use. He was polite, but the Germans had had enough and decided to go elsewhere. Our stay was fine, but the clean-up person failed to deliver towels one night. I called this man through Skype and he complained about having no transportation to the hotel, but eventually brought them. On the morning of our departure, I needed to use the free WiFi connection, but it was down (it had worked otherwise throughout our stay). The rooms are nicely decorated and if you have a mobile and patience, the room is an excellent value for money (we paid 40 euros for two adults and a child) in central Rome. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Very centrally located, and rooms are all equipped with modern amenities though the building is an old one, and especially the concierge there needs special mention as he is a very affable and helpful guy, and overall the best bet for your money and for people on budget vacations

The hotel has a very strange system of entry. The gates to the hotel are locked and there is no way you can enter. We had to wait for someone to come out. He then made a call to the employee who was not on the premises. This happened to other guests as well. How are we to know which number to call and why should we make an international call just to get in. Unacceptable.

Our room was extremely small, that I couldn't even open my suitcase on the floor. Bathroom was cleaned without care.

This B&B offers the best value of any B&B in Rome. The rooms are new and spotless and have windows facing out on to the street. The only problem is the noise that travels between rooms and we were given a smoking room without even being given the option . We were also disappointed at the lack of left luggage facilities.

It was a pretty good hotel. The room is quite small, but it looked like it was recently updated. The location was pretty good, there are buses that you can take from the train station to get there. The actual rooms are up on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, so the entire place isnt the hotel. There is a/c and tv which is good. You hardly see the hotel staff though, so I guess that can be good or bad. Overall its fine for the price you pay.

The room was absolutely beautiful and much more than we had expected. We arrived early but they still let us take our time to take showers and set our things there before heading out so that they could finish cleaning the room.

Nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were simple and nice. The B&B was located in a nice area with a bus stop less than 50 meters away. I would definitely stay here again.

Ci torneremo sicuramente!
