"All'Obelisco Bed & Breakfast is just over Spanish Steps, in the heart of the historic centre of Rome, opened on January 2006 after a complete refurbishment of an apartment located in an elegant building of the 19th century end, in front of the most important hotel in Rome (Hassler Villa Medici), only few steps from the shopping area and from the best spots and historic itineraries of the eternal city.
It offers a warm and family ambiance, well equipped with all modern facilities. All'Obelisco B&B offers many facilities for disable people: two bedrooms have direct access to the disabled bathroom. You will have an unique occasion to live in the historic centre of the city, experiencing the Roman life and its fantastic atmosphere. The ambiance is informal and family and the owners will be delighted to welcome you upon your arrival!
In the common area, conditioned too, there is a room for the breakfast and a little living room with sofa, an armchair and a free internet point for the guests. In the whole apartment there is wi-fi signal.
The rates include breakfast, air conditioning, the use of the ADSL 20 mega internet connection, the satellite television.
The staff will give you any information you can need about your stay in Rome.
The b&b is inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and has not an own private parking; it’s possible to leave the car in the Ludovisi parking, 250 m from the b&b.
Pets and smoke are not allowed in the b&b.
Languages spoken: Italian, English and French.

How to reach All'Obelisco Bed and Breakfast

By car
The bed and breakfast is situated in a special area of Rome (ZTL Limited Trafic Zone), where the access is available only in some hours of the day (before 6,30 am and from 6 pm, except Saturday morning and Sunday). During the day, you can park the car at the parking Ludovisi (Via Ludovisi, 61), which is only 300 meters from the bed and breakfast.

By train
Coming from Termini, you have to take the metro line A, Battistini direction and get off at Spagna stop. Before to exit from the metro station tunnel, take on the left side the lift to Trinità dei Monti; the b&b building is at the opposit side of the square. If you prefer, we will be delighted to arrange a transfer to the b&b; the price will depend on the number of people. We have a special service for disabled people.


By airplane
Coming from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport, take the Leonardo Express train, leaving from inside the airport to Termini railway station. From there, you can take the metro, line A, Battistini direction and get off at Spagna stop. Before to exit from the metro station tunnel, take on the left side the lift to Trinità dei Monti; the b&b building is at the opposit side of the square. Coming from Ciampino, you have to take the bus Cotral to Anagnina station and from there the metro, line A Battistini direction. Get off at Spagna stop and before to exit from the metro station tunnel, take on the left side the lift to Trinità dei Monti; the b&b building is at the opposit side of the square. There are some airlines, like Easyjet or Ryanair, organising special transfer from the airport to Termini station. By public transportation
Generally the coach services arrive near Tiburtina railway station; there you can take the Metro B, Laurentina direction and get off at Termini stop; then take the metro line A, Battistini direction and get off at Spagna stop.
