The best choice near Termini Station! At the same price, you cannot find a B&B which gives you a quiet room with private bathroom and a rich breakfast! I stayed just one night but I really enjoyed my room, which was clean and spacious. The roomkeeper is very friendly. The location is a bit poor in leisure, but this means you have more quietness. Moreover, just some minutes walking and you are in Central Station. Surely returning next month!

The hotel is located near Termini train station, on a not-so-nice street. We stayed here on our last night in Italy to be close to the station, but other hotels we have stayed at in Rome also convenient to the station have been much nicer. Hotel staff were impolite and not very helpful. The room was clean, but we would not return for another stay.

Upon meeting the employer at the door he asked me why had I not responded to his email. Was I supposed to know he was going to send me an? Everyday the towels smelled like mold. The breakfast consisted of juice/soda, coffee and fke croissants. The area was sketchy at best.

Cheap prices for high quality B&B. Excellent choice for people who wants to stay near Termini Station (just few minutes walking). Room was equipped with everything (private bathroom, clean towels, phon, digital TV, safe box, wi-fi access). Very quiet and clean room. Included in the price was a buffet-style Italian breakfast, rich in choice. Staff extremely gentle. I will surely stay again! Thank You!

Although the area surrounding is not very satisfied, it is very easy to go to those famous scenic spots in Rome. And furthermore, the staff is extremely friendly.

Good location near Termini stn. Very friendly staff, big room. Only minus was lack of AC but they are about to install them to all rooms. Also breakfast could use some cheese, ham etc. to put on the bread. Other than that it was very nice place, would definitely recommend it to others. Note that Vittoria Emmanuelle metro station is little bit closer than Termini but from termini the B&B is easy to find.

The B&B was nice, clean and cozy. As for the owner/receptionist, he was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is an ordinary and complete continental breakfast. In general, there is a good relationship between price and quality. The only problem we found was the surrounding area which didn't seem very safe, even in some parts of the lane there were no lights at night. A very positive thing is that the hotel is very close to Termini station (aprox. 100 mts) which is very helpful if you're coming by train fron Fiumicino airport.
