Wonderful setting by the canal, kind animals (the large dogs shown in the website are not there, they belong to a friend) 2 lovely and friendly mini-dogs welcome the guests instead.... Friendly owner, tastefully restored house, high quality room standard and good breakfast make the stay enjoyable. Good restaurant serves fondue and steaks in the evening - not cheap, but really good! We enjoyed the dinner on a warm May evening at a table in the garden. Highly recommended for a stop-over on a trip from Germany to Italy!

Eine wunderschön gelegene kleine Unterkunft in einer herrlichen Umgebung etwa 5 km abseits vom Gardasee. Der Besitzer, ein junger Mann, war sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde das Frühstück ( problemlos ) eine Stunde früher serviert. Dieses war völlig ausreichend: Kuchen, frische Brötchen, Käse, Wurst aber auch Säfte und verschiedene Kaffee-Arten waren im Angebot. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man kann in den sehr guten Betten eine wunderbare Nacht verbringen. Die Lobby ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es lohnt sich die Einrichtung näher zu betrachten, man wird etliche Überaschungen finden. Auf den Zimmern ist WLAN kostenlos und schnell. Tip zur Verpflegung: Fahren Sie zum Essen nicht an den Gardasee. Dort ist es hektisch, wenig Parkplätze und die Restaurants sind voll und ziemlich überteuert. Wir fanden in der Nähe von LAZISE die kleine Trattoria "Alle Pergole". Dort gab es ein prima Essen. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens empfehlen. Sie ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

resident owner is very friendly & helpful and rightly proud of transformation of ruin into very well appointed and character residence with Italian style. Property has nice garden flanked by canal/river and off road parking approached by track. We found it a little difficult to find - would have been easier if we had realized that the final turning is by a marble [ marmi]works. Property is well placed for touring area - we eat in Bardolino which is about 5 miles away.All in all a very happy 7 night stay
