The apartment consists of the Red Room and the Blue Room.The living area has a double sofa-bed, Tv,easy chair and a round table with chairs.Bathroom: sink,bidet and toilet,shower with water massage,closet with washing machine. Dining room: an old stone fireplace,an oval rosewood table with a lovely Tuscan cabinet. Kitchen: table and furniture which is wooden, with marble ledges, a ventilated gas oven and stove,refrigerator with freezer,toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

It is reached by a terraced staircase, there is a private lawn area with chaise lounges, sun umbrella, gazebo, table and chairs, barbecue. It is composed of the White room and of the Triple room. Bathroom 1: sink,toilet,bidet,large bathtub with shower and washing machine. Bathroom 2: sink and toilet. Sitting room:Tv,leather sofa,2 armchairs, 2 sideboards,a quaint antique stove,a large crystal and beaten iron dining table which seats 8. Kitchen: cooking equipment,dishwasher,refrigerator with freezer,gas stove and oven,microwave and toaster.
RED ROOM: Double room with walls restored with ancient colors, with Tuscan early twentieth century, window shutters with views on the valley.
BLUE ROOM: Room with 2 beds (unit able) with ornate late nineteenth century, 2 bedside tables, window shutters with views overlooking the hills and cabinet doors, small bookcase wall.
WHITE ROOM: Double room with wrought iron headboard painted chest of drawers and bedside tables and early twentieth century, early twentieth century Tuscan cabinet, window shutters with views overlooking the hills..
TRIPLE ROOM: Room with three beds (two bedded) with wooden risers and early twentieth century Tuscan furniture, dresser with mirror, two nightstands and two windows overlooking the Valdarno.
