b&b - exterior Villa Solaria is a typical rural toscan structure, made of stone, recently restructured, placed in the tranquility of the florentine countryside. It has four double rooms (one of which triple) very well furnished, with a private bathroom, and an independent entrance for every room.

It is 16 km from Florence in San Clemente, it is in a very good position from which you can admire the beautiful scenery of the florentine hills. It is very easy to reach with the A1 motorway (Incisa exit) from which it is only 6 km far.

Breakfast is served outside or in the large hall of the Villa with the possibility of asking for personalized catering. Laundry service and stables are available for the guests.

For a pleasent stay near Florence, Villa Solaria is the ideal place for those who like to live in the country but to be near to the big city.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is provided with a weekly change. The four rooms are elegantly furnished. You can add a third bed in one of them.

Crossing the highway A1 in direction Rome exit INCISA (10 km from Firenze Sud) Crossing the speedway Siena - Florence enter on the highway A1 at CERTOSA. Exit to INCISA and run on SS 69 in direction Pontassieve for 6 kms. When you arrive at San Clemente on your right you find Villa Solaria. The outlet, as visible from map, are few kms before Villa Solaria.
