A Casa di Paola Suite- Bed and Breakfast - Ravenna

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa di Paola. It's located right in the middle of the town, parking area not far away for 10,00 €. The patron gave us a warm welcome including touristic information. We would recommend this B& B to our friends without hesitation.

My wife, our good friend, and I shared a top-floor room with attached bath. Both rooms were very tastefully done; the beds were comfortable and the bathroom fixtures and layout were excellent. The ceiling beams were the largest we've ever seen in a residence, and we enjoyed being under a sloping ceiling that allowed us to touch these giants. There was a very well equipped and well stocked kitchen available at all times for guests' use. The breakfast offerings were generous and high quality. We were in a street-facing room, and would try to get a room facing the pretty interior garden next time to reduce the noise level in the early morning as trucks and vans are making their deliveries. The owners and staff were all friendly and accommodating. You couldn't find a more conveniently located B&B for touring Ravenna's treasures and enjoying its restaurants. There is a guarded public parking lot a block away (10 Euros/day), and the train station was also an easy several-block walk. One caution: there's no elevator, so avoid heavy suitcases if you're on the top floor. We'll be back to this treasure! Bill Knox, USA

It was very quiet. Met only 2 other couples. Wonderful old building with many features. Handy for city and mosaics. Some information on Ravenna features would be welcome

This was one of the most beautiful hotels to stay in. There were 3 bedrooms and a most wonderful shower. There were frescoes on the ceilings and paintings on the walls. Absolutely beautiful. We would most definitely recommend this hotel. Within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see.

An excellent small hotel in the historic center of Ravenna. The house and rooms were outstanding furnished to a very high standard, my room had an amazing bathroom with cavernous shower. The only thing to be aware of is the lack of a 24 hr reception, with just one lady available from morning to early afternoon, so be sure to notify them of your arrival time!

This is a beautiful home, with a most gracious hospitality. The location can't be beat, in the historic center, near some of the UNESCO Heritage mosaics. The room was lovely, with a well-appointed bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the beautiful common areas of the house. And the whole place was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.
