Hotel Aurus - Prague

Excellent stay & location. Staff was extremely helpful!

I stayed a twin room with my friend. The room was very cute end clean. The staffs were very kind and helpful. They gave us sandwiches,juices and fruits as a breakfast because we left the hotel before 8 o`clock. The location was also good.

We stayed at U Zlaté Studny in November of 2011 for a short weekend trip. The room we received was very large and quite charming, looking out over the square. We didn't have a lot of dealings with the hotel staff but we had no problems. Internet in the room worked fine. The hotel location was great for walking around. We enjoyed our visit and would stay at this hotel again.

In a few words: seriously, courtesy, kindness, sympathy. I was struck by the beauty and the hotel location. I will return there.

Excellent property, location and staff! They went out of their way to help us with any question or request we had. Only dissapointment is that their restaurant was closed for remodeling. I would stay there again without question.

The hotel was fantastic to stay in i have no complains at all as it was situated by all the scenery. Breakfast was great. Lovely hotel. I will go back. I asked at the reception for boiling water as i had bad flu and got medicine from the chemist. Reception just refused to give me boiling water. I did explain that i need it for my medicine....steaming, etc. She then said the kitchen is close!

this hotel is in the ideal locale. i think the building itself is very pretty, but the room was rather plain. but they have a good downstairs restaurant. stay here for the area , proximity to charles bridge.

Location and accommodation outstanding. Staff friendly and helpful. Always ask for advice on where to exchange currency! Apart from forgetting early rising breakfast on departure to airport our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend Hotel U zlate studny.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel U zlate studny. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the room was very spacious and clean. We were in a family suite, which had a couch and chairs, which was very nice for resting between outings. The hotel is just a few blocks from both the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square, so it is a delightful location for walkers. The breakfast was very good with a different freshly made egg choice each day, as well as many other choices of cereals, meats and cheeses, breads, rolls and juices. The rooms can be noisy when the bars close, but there is air conditioning if the windows need to be closed.

Pleased with my stay in U Zlate Studny (strange name for a foreigner, do not confuse eith similar name of another Prague hotel). Location excellent in historical Prague. Rooms good, breakfast good. Did not try the restaurant.

The hotel could not have a better location, consequently it can be a bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected. We loved our stay there. The staff were very helpful.

We had a wonderful trip to Prague. The hotel was in the ideal location. It really made our trip special. It was noisy, however, on the weekend nights.

Very pleasant hotel. Partitions are a little light and if people were to be noisy in next room, could be unpleasant. The rest was perfect.Management was extremely charming and helpful

The employes were perfect, friendly. I will return for sure.

There is another hotel in Prag with almost the same name, U zlate studne, which is a five star. Careful when you read the guidebooks!

I reserved a (one grade higher than standard ) twin room, but the hotel recommended a much larger room, incidentally vacant on that day, without any additional payment. It's great! (The water supply of that room, maybe not used for long time, was not complete and took several hours to recover ---but it's not a large problem!)

Excellent location - right in the heart of Prague between the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very good size, nice bathroom, and minibar. Would recommend based on excellent location. I would stay there again.

I really recommend this hotel. Nice historical building in the pedestrian zone. Walking distance from Karluv Most and Staromestska Namesti. Good experinece also at their restaurant.
