Bed and Breakfast Villa Mary - Positano

Absolutely unparalleled!! The best place we stayed in Italy and we traveled the entire country for a month. Beautiful rooms with perfect view of Positano, the owner was incredibly welcoming and arranged for shuttle to take us to dinner and hand-drew must-see places on our map. Perfect to relax and romance. Loved loved loved this place!!

Villa Mary has been the perfect location and Tiziana the best hostess. In spite of a grim weather and the low season all time low mood she helped me and my friend sort out our evenings and days in a brilliant way. Thanks again!Will be back.

Villa Mary made our Italy trip unforgettable. The room was immaculate, the views stunning. As soon as we were shown our room, my wife and I were almost jumping up and down with excitement that we chose the right place to stay. Even the bathroom window had an awesome view! The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating after our interesting trip via SITA bus from Sorrento. Tiziana and Antonio were gracious hosts - thank you for making it the best day of our Italy vacation. The breakfast was served on time and was the best we had during our weeks stay in Italy. The only regret we had was that we only had one night booked. Thank you again, you were such nice people!

Oh my goodness! My daughter and I were guests at Villa Mary on New Year's Eve in the Minerva room...the goddess of Wisdom. Tiziana and Antonio were fabulous hostess and host. We had purchased local greens, cheeses, breads and wine for a peasant's supper in our room. Our host and hostess graciously supplied us with plates, flatware and wine goblets. At midnight, when the fireworks went off from every direction, we had a birds-eye view of the entire exploding valley! It was exhilarating to us, and they said it was a calm year. Whew! Stay here. You will love it! The view is spectacular, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was served in our room and just delicious. I can't wait to go back and see them. I will definitely stay here again. I must add though, if you have any issues climbing steps, you may want to find something on ground level. Almost all of Positano has to be accessed via steps, so get ready to work those glutes. It's totally worth it.

The Villa Mary was our favorite B&B during our 2 week honeymoon in Italy. The room was spacious, breakfast on the balconey was wonderful, clean bathroom with strong water pressure in the shower, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating while also remaining unobtrusive. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space and comfortable bed. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Tatiana was a wonderful hostess and we look forward to returning.

We LOVED Villa Mary. Not only was it an oasis of beauty both at the bed and breakfast but in the town of Positano but, the hostess and host are very customer service oriented. We felt perfectly taken care of in every way. We didn't want to leave!

Our first visit to Positano arriving on a Sunday afternoon from Sorrento station boarding the Blue SITA bus with a crazy driver who tackled the bends and motor bikes head on..we found our BB Villa Mary and very impressed with Minerva Room features and vista from balcony...the extra touch of a welcome fruit juice or coffee was greatly appreciated,although we required more than a fruit juice to settle our nerves after the bus trip. The breakfast was fantastic, beautifully presented in their personalised Villa Mary giant cups saucers plates etc. Delivered promptly at our requested time of 10am. We would recommend Villa Mary as excellent value for the price of the BB room.

I enjoied my overall stay in Villa Mary. I would like only to do an observation about the breakfast thah wasn't with regional tipical sweets but with italian standard sweetsalthough rich and kindly served.

We really enjoyed breakfast in the room or on the balcony with the impressive panorama. So we didn't miss public areas at all. The host Tiziana is very obliging. Ask her for restaurants and local bus services (mind the steps in Positano). We felt very comfortable and we are looking forward to our next short trip to Positano. Gero und Kerstin
