This was our first trip to Italy. Leonardos rooms was an excellent location to tour Florence from. Only 15 minutes by train and less than half the cost of staying in Florence. Good shopping in Pontesieve also.

How to reach B&B Leonardo's Rooms

By car
The property is easy to reach from the highway A1:
From the north, exit at Firenze Sud and follow the indications for Pontassieve-Bagno a Ripoli on the S.S. 34. Continue for 7.5 miles/12 km. Once you have arrived in Piazza della Stazione in Pontassieve, take the narrow road opposite the square and turn right.
From the south, take exit Incisa on the S.S. 70, follow the indications for Pontassieve. Continue for 10.6 miles/17 km. Once you have arrived in Piazza della Stazione in Pontassieve, take the narrow road opposite the square and turn right.
From Florence: head towards Arezzo, and follow the S.S. 67 or the S.P. 70 until Pontassieve.

By train
Pontassieve train station is only 30 metres from the B&B.

By airplane
Florence airport is about 10 miles/16 km away and easy to reach by bus or train.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. It is necessary to arrive not later than 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the Internet Point is free of charge for the first 15 minutes.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €5,00 per person per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
