exterior The Bed & Breakfast is a small Borgo located on the beautiful hills of the ancient village of Fiesole, just a few miles from the city of Florence and from its artistic and architectonic history, in the countryside. Each of our charming rooms offers you A breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills.

The entire estate has just been completely restored. A conservative restoration where the using of new materials has been reduced as far as we could, trying to recover the original features built hundred years ago. A conservative restorarion linked to the most modern technologies to give our guests the possibility to live a piece of history with all the comfort of our times.

We have luxury suites and lovely spacious rooms. If you are looking for complete privacy, we suggest you book our rustic cottage. Our goal is to provide you with a very unique and pleasant experience by offering a variety of room choices.

Quercia suite consists of a spacious bedroom, a large, elegant, and refined private bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub with view on the hills of Tuscany all around the bed and breakfast, and a sitting room.
The bedroom comes with a wonderful and comfortable queen size bed in white leather, a chaise longue,a gorgeous wooden closet of the XIX° century.
The sitting room comes with a sofa bed with a comfortable high mattress double bed, LCD TV, an ancient table with chairs, direct telephone line, mini bar.

Bedrooms are distinguished by an ancient stone fireplace, ceiling ancient wooden beams and walls with stones at sight, some of them has a suggestive roof window from which you may enjoy a view of the sky or of the property and the pool.

How to reach B&B La Sorgente di Francesca

By car
FROM NORTH & SOUTH : exit the Firenze Sud tollbooth anc continue on the short freeway until you reach a traffic light. Turn right direction Pontassieve and continue straight going through the town of Le Falle. When you have just entered the small town of Le Sieci, at the first traffic light turn left direction Molino del Piano. Go through the town of Molino del Piano and continue straight until you find the entrance of our bed and breakfast on your right hand side.


FROM FLORENCE : take the street to go to Fiesole. Go through the town of Fiesole and continue straight direction Olmo. Just 200 metres before the Olmo area, turn right following directions for Molino del Piano - Santa Brigida. Continue straight going beyond the junction for Santa Brigida, then the Church of Lubaco, and the restaurant Torre al Sasso. After a few hundred metres, take the second dirt road on your left. You have reached La Sorgente di Francesca bed and breakfast.

From the main station of Florence - Santa Maria Novella - take the train for Le Sieci - Casabella .
