The room and the personal bathroom are very nice and clean. We could use the kitchen and the living room when we wanted. The breakfast was maybe rather poor but on the the other side of the road was a small local shop where you could find everything you want to eat and drink. If you need just a quiet and clean room to sleep we recommand certainly this B&B. Thanks Adriano.

We arrived at Pisa airport in the late evening. For this the B&B was perfect as it took us not even 10 minutes by car from the airport to the B&B. We were welcomed very nicely. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, which was very clean and in perfect condition. In the morning, breakfast was already prepared in the big and friendly common room. The B&B was very quiet, which we enjoyed and it took only 10 minutes by car to get to Pisa central (we parked in a huge free parking area north of the tower, maybe 10 minutes walk to the tower, quite perfect!). We can recommend this B&B for people coming from or going to Pisa airport or for people, who like to live not directly in the center. We would definitely come back here. It was the best B&B we had while travelling through Toscany for 9 days.

Room Details

The flat roof restored with exposed wooden beams and bricks (typical of places) is on the first floor with private garden access with a beautiful, large gazebo to prepare some dinner outside using the barbecue available. The decor is accurate in every detail and carefully designed for each environment. E 'has all the amenities, including 42 "LCD TV, satellite TV, espresso machine, microwave, kettle, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, massage shower, whirlpool tub, etc.. The apartment of 100 square meters, consists of kitchen with island (gas burners), and large living room for a total of 50 sqm. The sleeping area consists of a large double room that can accommodate an extra single bed and a room with a sofa bed for two people plus a single bed. The toilet is equipped with both a shower and then both with a bath tub.

The B&B is on the left into a private road number 177.If you arrive after 8:00 pm, you have to take n°21 (night bus) and go down on the same bus stop (Livornese 31 - third bus stop's livornese street). Night bus is just until 12:00 am
