"Five Roses" Bed & Breakfast is a nice apartment with 5 bedrooms all freshly renovated. The restoration as been conducted with an attentive and scrupulous care of details to give to our guests a sense to feel at home. The B&B is located in a very quiet area, in the centre of Pisa. In a few minutes walk you will be able to reach the train station, the airport, the most famous monuments, the Palazzo dei Congressi and the University of Pisa. Around you will find café, restaurants and shops.
In just a few minutes, by bus or by car you can reach the hospital of Cisanello, one of the most important in Tuscany.
We are confident that the five bedrooms newly renovated will meet your needs of comfort. They have an old and elegant style and they are all equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, desk, minibar, tea and coffee maker, Satellite LCD TV, wi-fi internet connection, individually controlled air conditioning and heating.

Breakfast buffet will be served in the lounge or on the terrace, depending on the weather.

How to reach Five Roses Bed & Breakfast

By car
"Five Roses Bed & Breakfast" is located in the heart of Pisa, near the train station, the airport and the most famous monuments. To reach the B&B by car:
- If you are on the highway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI),you must take the exit "Pisa Aeroporto" and follow the street signs "Pisa centro"; drive along Via dell’Aereoporto, cross San Giusto bridge and then turn right; when the downhill ends, turn left into Via Corridoni; after about 150 m turn right and you are in Via FRATTI. Go for about 200 m and you will find "Five Roses Bed & Breakfast" on the left of the road at number 14/int.
- If you are near the Leaning Tower, follow the street signs "Stazione". When you will be in front of Piazza della Stazione, you must turn left into Via Corridoni and then turn right on the San Giusto bridge; you must keep your left and when the downhill ends, turn left into Via Corridoni; after about 150 m turn right and you are in Via Fratti. Go for about 200 m and you will find "Five Roses Bed & Breakfast" on the left of the road at number 14/int.

By train
You arrive at Pisa centrale:
- If you take a walk: when you are at the Station turn right into Via Corridoni. Go straight on for 300 m and then on the left, you are in Via Fratti; after 200 m you will find "Five Roses Bed & Breakfast" on the left of the road at number 14/int.
- If you want to take a bus: you must take the bus "LAM BLU" or "14". You must get off at "Bonaini 2". Then go straight on for 50 m and turn right: you will find Via Fratti and "Five Roses Bed & Breakfast" on the right of the road at number 14/int.


By airplane
You arrive at the Airport "Galileo Galilei":
- If you take a walk, you must take Via dell’Aereoporto and cross San Giusto bridge. Then go down the stairs in front of you and you are in Via Fratti. After 200 m you find "Five Roses Bed & Breakfast" on the left of the road at number 14/int.
- If you want to take a bus you must take "LAM Rossa" (or 21 during the night). You must get off at "Corridoni 1". Then go away for about 50 m and turn right into Via Fratti; take this street until you reach number 14/ int. Here you will find “Five Roses” Bed & Breakfast.
