About Bed and Breakfast Sevilu

exterior Bed and Breakfast Sevilu exterior Sevilu Guest house is a pleasant flat in the center of Pisa. It’s far only few minutes on foot to the famous Leaning tower. It’s near the congress’ palace, the beautiful and typical streets of the city, along the river Arno, called “Lungarni” and the natural park where you find a wonderful bicycle route.
Sevilu is far 1 km from station, 2 km from airport and there are two bus stop 100 metres off. It’s far ten minutes on foot from the heart of the city and the main streets of the shopping.
In 20 minutes you can visit some medieval villages, beaches, castles and ancient houses, which store the vestige of the past and where you could discover the legends and misteries that round these places.
The breakfast will be served in the kitchen.
To the Sevilu Guest house it’s a true house where you’ll find a beautiful warm home with young and comfortable welcome willing to give you advise to discover every secret corner of the city.
Note: One double room can be adapted into a triple room. You just need to email us after you book and the cost of each extra bed is Euro 20 for night.

Cancellation Policy: any reservation shall have to be cancelled at least 48 hours before the expected arrival time, otherwise the cost of the first night shall be completely charged!

By the train you could visit the beautiful cities of Lucca (16 kms), Volterra (50 kms), Florence (80 km), Siena (100 km); the beaches of Versilia (20 km) and the Pisan Coast, Tirrenia and Marina (10 km). And then you could go to The Natural Park of the Cinque Terre and the romantic “via dell'Amore” about 1 hour by train!

There is only 2 rooms. We reserved the 2 twin bed room. The beds are really too small and were so close to the wall that it was very incomfortable when you turned side at night. Not enough hot water for even one person. The 2 rooms share the same bathroom, not clearly explained on the site. Breakfast however was the best breakfast we had. We felt like guest in this B & B. There were all kinds of meats, danish, cheese, fruits, cereal etc.etc. A nice balcony to drink your morning coffee when weather permits it. Would go back but would reserve the other double bedroom. However, must be much more expensive because much nicer!

It hasn't been a great experience, we have no help from the property and we were alone at this flat most of the time, without any help and all the doors closed and locked. It's really expensive for what it is, everything it's old no antique, it has been no adapted without services for the guests, it can't be considered as a B&B, it's just the grandma's room that they rent to take our money.

How to reach B&B Sevilu

By public transportation
From the station you take the bus number 13 and you get off at the first bus station in via de Borghetto. Then you go straight on and turn at the first street that you find on your right. This is via Ridolfi and at the number 26 you find the Sevilu bb.

16 GIUGNO LUMINARA DI S. RANIERI. Every year on the night of the 16th of June the enchantment of the Illuminations of Saint Ranieri is renewed on the streets running along the river Arno (the so-called Lungarni). In fact, following an ancient tradition the Pisans celebrate their patron saint, St. Ranieri, of the following day. There are about seventy-thousand wax candles which at every edition are meticulously set in smooth and white glasses and fixed then onto wooden white-painted frames, modelled in such a way as to exalt the outline of the palaces, of the bridges, of the churches and of the towers reflecting on the river.
