Would stay again wonderful location, very clean. Not for those wishing fascilities provided by hotel (spas, gym etc). This is a good honest place to lay your head and entertain yourself - plenty of historical interest to hand also good eating inc. ice-cream!

Big confusion about the booking, spent half hour in getting the keys. One of the keys were not working and had to go back to the office which is in another building. There is no way to easily communicate from the building/room to the office. Internet/wifi was not accessible except for google search page. Could not get any help in setting up the internet. Overall, there is no value for money.

We spent 1 night in Pisa. It was hot (as expected) and the only "air conditioning" was a standing fan. We rented a double and triple room. The triple had a decent fan but still needed the window open at night, which then let in the night noise (conversation, cars). The double opened up to a patio but it was enclosed which didn't allow any air in and there was no screen so then mosquitos got in. Plus the fan did not produce any air circulation. Other than that, the rooms were fine, the staff was welcoming and considerate of our exhaustion. We appreciated the internet connection and the complimentary espresso. The location is minutes from the Field of Miracles and easily reached via bus from the train station.

The B&B is basic but clean and the location is execellent especially bearing in mind the price. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The internet is free. All in all excellent value.

Old but acceptable, good location but far from rail station, friendly and helpful staffs.

Is difficult stay there for the stairs

It was a fine place to stay, although I think a little over priced. The room lacked any charm or aesthetic appeal Our room did have mosquitoes and i could see evidence on the walls where previous people had swatted them. Disappointed that there was no breakfast. There really isn't much else to see in the area besides the leaning tower, but if staying in Pisa overnight it's not a bad stay.

This hotel was excellent value for money, the staff were brilliant, great location. I would definetly visit again.

Great location and brand new premises for ralax, with exquisite design of the room and all the facilities in place. Highly recommended! The host is very responsive and caring.

Services are not as suposed to be.

THE HOTEL STAFF WERE REALLY HELPFUL. OUR FLIGHT WAS AT 06:45 AND THE GENTLEMAN WITIN THIS ESTABLISHMENT ORDERED OUR TAXI THE NIGHT BEFORE AND IT WAS THERE RIGHT ON TIME. ON ARRIVAL WE WERE MET AND OUR BAGS CARRIED FOR US. EXCELLENT LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE RIGHT IN THE HEART OF PISE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
