Bed & Breakfast Pescara - Pescara

Beautiful small city with friendly locals who, however barely speak English (which we loved actually, because why should they?!:)..The owner of the hotel does speak good English tough. The Bed and Breakfast Pescara(Bed and Breakfast New York) is great place,the owners are fantastic and have very warm and individual approach to each guest). Pescara is very "Italian" (in the best way possible!!)..Go there if you wanna explore Italian way of living and try some excellent Italian sea food!!!!..And if you wanna improve your Italian language skills of course:).. Thanks for great holiday, am sooo coming back!!:)..

The owners Adriana and Domenico were unbelievably wonderful! I never expected my stay in Italy to be so perfect! And to be treated so warmly and with such kindness by both. I felt like I was part of their family and they were very nice and very helpful and I was very pleased!! I was lost when I first arrived in Pescara and Domenico came to collect me on the other side of the city!! My first meeting with him and he said, "how did you get all the way over here!!??" It was very funny. When I had an appointment the next day, he texted me directions on how to get to my appointment and the street names to look for on my return so I would not get lost? Very sweet and very thoughtful. The hotel is so clean, so modern and so quiet and they include a very nice continental breakfast in the morning! There is a wonderful private balcony that you can access from your room, and I enjoyed a couple of mornings and afternoons outside enjoying the nice spring weather. It was warm to me...but still cool to most Italians. The Tigre supermarket is just around the corner and has everything you need if you should want to prepare your own meals in the hotel kitchen. The location is perfect as well, as it is only 5 minutes walk from Centrale Train Station and Bus station and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Thank you both Adriana and Domenico for making my visit to Italy so wonderful and pleasant! It was a pleasure to stay with them and I will definately return again on my next visit.

The hotel owner was very kind and helpful. When we were late to the hotel, she sent us two message and wonder where we were and worried about us. This behaviour made us very happy. We have never get a message from the hotels we stayed in Europe many times. Though we were late, she came to the hotel with her private car and informed us about the sightseeing places of Pescara. It was a wonderful hotel for a disabled person who uses very heavy electrical wheelchair. There was no steps and there were three disabled car parking in front of the hotel. We advise it all the people who loves silent and clean hotels.

The best thing we could ssy about this place is that it was clean and the living area was spacious. The electricals and plumbing were dodgy, the breakfast foods left for us were all opened packets except for one (which of course we opened). We felt as though we were sleeping on the floor with a piece of cardboard for a pillow. We are not difficult to please, but this was one of the worst places we have ever stayed at, if not the worst, certainly on this trip to Italy.

Room very nice and excellent wellcoming

Beautiful spacious room. Good location but a little disconcerting to find at night in the dark as side streets of town are quite dead. comfortable bed. lovely sitting-kitchen area. helpful friendly owner accommodation as per apartment and no control over who one shares it with so wouldn't recommend for single traveller for safety reasons.
