exterior We would like to welcome you to the Podere Caldaruccio consisting of 3 country farm houses -all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and an impressive very old pine grove which is the landmark for the little village below.
All of the proposed solutions are part of an extensive property of about 15 acres of land, all with fence and automatic gate (you will receive a remote control), plenty of possibilities of relaxing walking all around or sunbathing in one of a lot of places with green grass.
The old farmhouse is situated on a _ hilltop site with a wonderful view over a great meadow, the old pines trees _, (the landmark of the village of Ramazzano) and a little wood where you’ll find tables, chairs and hammocks and a barbecue.").
The property is surrounded by woodland, where you can also watch “wild animals” like deer_, foxes, wild boars etc.
There are a lot of trekking trips leading to very beautiful spots in the countryside over the hills (and not always far away) . From 20 minutes up to several hours.

double room "Torretta" (Turret) is a very big room (jr-suite) of about 30 square metres + bathroom with a bath tub, It has a very wonderful view on the valley below. It has a fireplace and a refrigerator, but restricted cooking facilities (just to heat something or prepare a coffee). Apartment Baita_ is a kind of studio where there's a very big bedroom-livingroom with a fireplace together with, than a separated fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is a private cottage on the property with an own garden with table and chairs for enjoing the very nice view on the _ 2 valleys east and west of the hilltop.
Apartment Chalet for 4 adults + 3 children consists of a very big livingroom-kichen with a fireplace together with 2 big bedrooms (one of 40 square metres and another of 30) and a very large bathroom with a"family" shower and a washing machine. It is a separate part of the main farm-house with its own garden with table and chairs for enjoing the very nice view on 2 valleys east and west of the hilltop.
VILLA COTTAGE
Apartment cottage Gubbio or Umbertide are a separate villa of about 100 square metres each, one is formed by a very big livingroom, a fully equipped kichen provided also with a dishwasher and a washing machine microwawe etc.. together with an anqtique fireplace. Each of those have with 2 very large bedrooms (1 situated upstairs on a very scenery mezany and one on the garden floor) and 2 bathrooms, 1 of those with "watermassage bath". VILLA CASOLARE
Villa of more than 200 square metres with: 2 very big livingrooms, 2 kichens provided also with a dishwasher and a washing machine microwawe etc.. together with an antique fireplace together with 4 big bedrooms (two are upstairs: with a very scenery mezany) and 4 bathrooms where 2 of those are equipped with "watermassage bath".

How to reach B&B Podere Caldaruccio La Pineta

By car
From the north:

Take the direction _ Bologna to Cesena Rimini Ancona (not Firenze)

Exit at Cesena north, direction Roma



From the south:

Take the direction Florence and exit Orte and then direction Cesena



Either from north or south: Take the E-45 highway _ direction _Perugia exit at Resina (20 km north of Perugia) or Bosco coming from the south.

Follow the direction of Ramazzano (about 4-5 kms from the exit)

In the centre of the little village you will see a big parking area of a Conad supermarket and a bar, here take the Via Pineta up to the hilltop.

_Go up for about 7-800 metres (it will be very steep)

When you are almost on the hilltop you will to get a new road on the left and contnue straight for only 200 metres; you will see the signboard indicating the end of Ramazzano, and on its right, you arrive at _ No. 19 _ Strada Palazzetta.
