Room was spacious and very clean, but we missed a wardrobe or some place to hang and/or keep our clothes. The kitchen, even being small, had all anyone may need to prepare some food. The owner, Ricardo, and all the staff (Roberto, Ivan, Claudia) were very kind and helpfull with directions, places to visit and where to eat.

We had originally booked 4 nights at the Eliconial; However, we were so happy with the property and Ricardo and Ivan, that we cancelled our nights in Sao Paulo and stayed with them! We met lovely people from all over the globe and were amazed at the way Ricardo and Ivan brought everyone together with their wonderful hospitality. Everyone should have this kind of experience at least once. It was quite unigue!!
