Bed and Breakfast Palermo Art - Palermo

FIrst time in Palermo: the area around the B&B is like Trastevere in Rome, but the noise of the room is unbearable. The owner was very nice and redy to give us the right informations.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Palermo Art - the location was excellent and Nadia, the owner was extremely helpful. The beautiful room was huge with lovely period furniture. The only problem was the noise from traffic outside on Via Cavour which kept me awake the whole of the first night! Suggest guests take ear plugs which we purchsed for the second night and which certainly helped! Other than this the B&B is really good and well worth a visit.

The owner was a lovely friendly woman who made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Great location. The room was extremely noisy from traffic, even with the doors shut and the aircon on, and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well the 2 nights we were here. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The decor was fabulous and in keeping with the Art Deco building. The decorative finishing touches made it a pleasant place to be. We had lots of trouble with the key in the outside door which was stressful each time we returned. Would not stay there again but only because of the noise and the hard, rattly beds.
