Art Lincoln is centrally located, near to the railway and the bus station, and near to most sites in the old town. The neighbourhood is simpatic and a bit chaotic, like Palermo itself.

No left luggage service.Actually the staff told us we can leave our luggages until 1 pm . But in the morning when we check out, the boss said there is no such service. Room is spacious but a bit dark. The ceiling lamp is dim and one of the twin bed has no bed lamp.

The hotel had a friendly athmosphere and staff were very helpful. The rooms we had werre pleasant with balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard in an otherwise busy part of the city

We stayed for 2 nights in Palermo. The welcoming was very fine, we have been contacted from the B&B about our arrival time. Unfortunately the weather was not as good as we hoped, it was very rainy. Because of the rain we could not use the nice terrace for breakfast. But the breakfastroom war nice, small but awesome. Our room (we have booked a doubleroom) offered two rooms, so we could use one of it as a living room. The furniture etc. was awesome. The shower should get fixed (but id did work). The location is good, only some minutes walk from the central station, some minutes to the sea... Alltogether we enjoyed the place, have it already recommended to friends and would come back!

We enjoyed a marvellous stay. This B-B is located on a perfect spot, close to the station (good for trips outside Palermo) and to the essential cultural places of the city, and good restaurants. Especially the welcoming was perfect: heartfully and competently. There was a true human contact with the director, Agata, her husband and her crew, especially Diva. They were good in English and French. The atmosphere for breakfast and the quality of the foor magnificent. A place to recommend truly.

I enjoyed my stay very much due to the warm wellcome and great decor of this adorable place, close to bus and train station though when inside the hotel you wouldn't believe it. I have no hesitation of recommending this hotel to others

We stayed two nights at Art Lincoln at the beginning or our trip and two nights at the end. It was a wonderful stay. Agata helped sort out a visit to a winery near Segesta for us and never failed to make us feel welcome. The long, animated conversation we had with Agata and her husband our last night there was one of the high points of our trip. Palermo is a daunting city for first time visitors. Her B&B is within easy walking distance of the train station, very quiet and a real sanctuary. We'll always stay here on our return trips.

A charming B&B filled with tasteful and interesting artwork and curios, complete with a tiled garden court and run by a helpful and gracious couple, together with their accomodating staff. They make you feel quite welcome. We highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful three-night stay at B&B Palermo Art - Via Lincoln in August 2009. The rooms are extremely well maintained and quiet, nestled on the second and third floors of a quiet building on Via Lincoln. Air conditioning, a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed made the stay comfortable. Agata's warm welcome and gracious hospitality, and a delicious breakfast (with homemade Italian pastries) served in an outside courtyard made the stay superb. I highly recommend the B&B to any traveler passing through Palermo. Proximity to the bus and train station made day trips to Cefalu, Mondello, Monreale and other destinations easy.

Quiet room; no traffic noise because B&B lies in the back part of a new building. Only small distance to the main railway and airport bus station. Airport bus needs about 30 minutes. Main part of the city can be reached by walking; in house elevator; breakfast excellent

Great location and yet quiet despite being near the railway station and not far from the main attractions. We parked our rental car on Via Lincoln, 100m metres from the accommodation and left it there for the whole of our stay. Walked or used the local buses to and from the railway station. Great breakfast- this would beat many hotels in Italy and certainly for this price range. Also, very gracious host(ess)! Only suggestion would be that a small refrigerator in the rooms would be useful - especially in the heat of summer - we had 30degrees in May!

The B e B is very very close to the train station, what is very useful when you are arriving and living. We stayed there only one night, so we can´t make a detailed evaluation, but we can say that the owner is very nice and the bedroom was big and confortable. The employee that we met at the breakfast was not gentle at all.

The "rooms" we were given (two rooms for four adults) were actually very large apartments, with living room large bedroom, lovely bathroom, and small kitchenette. Agata was wonderful in assisting with parking, and making reservations for restaurant. She recommended an excellent restaurant specializing in Sicilian cooking.

We stayed 2 nights at this b&b which is much better than a hotel! after a holiday on the eolian islands we wanted a couple of good-bye days in palermo, but we were looking for something quiet and central, which is next to impossible here. anyway, venere had it, and we were very happy in this incredibly peaceful place right next to the station!!! an oasis of peace and space in the busiest part of noise-ridden palermo...and the rooms/apartments are something. a lot of thought has gone into the design of the place. signora agatha manages the b&b, and she also brings modern art into the place, reminders of her gallery-work in town. an excellent concept, and an additional spice to this oasis we found... wonderful. ask for infos about where to eat and what to do, we got some very useful infos from agatha...
