Very spacious suite with good bedding Friendly welcome Useful tips from the staff Overall we had a very good experience 2 things could be improved : the area was noisy until late at night (no soundproofing) and little choice for breakfast (although what was provided was good)

Harmony is right on top of a construction site. Additionally, our room "on the street" provided little insulation from the all night sounds of speeding cars, and the all night activities of others. The proprietors were lovely, however, none spoke enough English to help answer our questions, our wireless computer service failed to work, and we would definitely recommend a more varied continental breakfast instead of sweet croissants, coffee & juice.

This as a good location but the hotel while in a historic bulding reflects much of the nature of Palermo itself; a bit run down and noisy with narrow streets and disorganized. You have to be prepared to put up with a different atmosphere and attitude to be comfortable the hotel and the city, but that is what gives both character, so chill and learn to enjoy. An aside; there is a wine store nearby that will sell you fill your own 5 liter jugs-give it a try!
