More explanations about how to go from the train station to the B&B would be welcome. There's a bus that can be taken at the train station (but timetables in Ostuni are not really reliable...) to the centre of Ostuni. Then from the centre of Ostuni, it's a 5 min walk to the B&B. But if you've got luggage to carry, it's more than 5 minutes, since you've got to go up the hill, and if it's really sunny and hot, it takes more time! The only criticism about the B&B is that there is no air conditioning, just a fan - which is not enough when it's really hot, as it can be in Southern Italy.

This was an excellent B+B Room+ bathroom large +spacious, The served breakfast was good better than the usual continental breakfast. The manager was very helpful re places to visit and travel in the area

Difficult to locate due to small and rambling streets. Nice and quiet once there. Extremely friendly host who was eager to provide information about the area. Not at all for the handicapped. Lots (lots!) of steps to climb. (I had a broken ankle.) Otherwise, would highly recommend for the fit and energentic.

By carPlease Call us before arraival (0039 3476160297),from the free way, exit at Bari Nord and follow directions to Brindisi Lecce. After about 90 km, exit at Ostuni Villanova and follow directions to Ostuni; once arrived at the Agip Petrol Station, turn left and reach the main square (piazza Libertà). Then it is better to ask for the Central Post Office (Poste Centrali) or for the Santa Annunziata Church. The BB Nonna Isa is placed at the back of Bar delle Poste, in Vico Vittorio Alfieri, nr.9.
By train
Italian FF.SS. (www.trenitalia.it) stop at Ostuni; the railway station is 4 km from the downtown and there is a shuttle service that runs regulary.
By airplane
The Brindisi airport is 35 km far from Ostuni; the Bari airport is 90 km.
