Fantastic welcome and service from great people.The rooms for all of our group were excellent along with all the facilities offered.Superb view over Lake Commo as the B&B sits up the hill from the main road,easily found in the dark due to great directions and road signs in the village. We only stayed one night on our tour but my wife and I will return for a longer stay in 2011 we were impressed!!!!!

Only problem is the ititial turn off the main road is very difficult to find, I went by it several times. To American standards it would be like driving on a sidewalk for 10 meters then around a building and up a hill. A better explanation of that would have been helpful. Great place to stay, a young man spoke English and helped me with what to do (take ferry boats around to the central cities - prettiest part of the lake) There is a nice patio for partial views of the lake, or to watch the moon at night like I did. Very small and friendly place, nice breakfast.

How to reach Garzola Bed and Breakfast
By carFrom Milan: Motorway Tavernola Lakes, at the roundabout turn towards Menaggio, continue for about twenty kilometers to Ossuccio, after the sign Ossuccio continue for 500 meters until you find a tower on the right artistic. There is a road that goes to the left. Take this road and the roundabout go straight for 700 meters. After a steep climb we have a sign pointing to move ahead on the right. Turn right and 50 meters are the B & B Garzola.
From Sondrio: Colico Get up, go to Como until you reach Ossuccio. After the sign continue for 300 meters. On the left there is a bell tower. Front of the tower there is a road salt. Take this road and the roundabout go straight for 700 meters. After a steep climb we have a sign pointing to move ahead on the right. Turn right and 50 meters are the B & B Garzola.
