It's situated in the historical center of Orvieto, at the foot of the cliff and 1 km from the Duomo. Set in a breathtaking panoramic view over the valley and surrounding hills.

The new building of tourist accommodation is located near the walls of ancient cliff on which stands Orvieto, just 200 meters from the Etruscan Porta Vivaria, which leads to the city center. Crossing the entire old center you get to the wonderful Cathedral, located about a kilometer away. Very impressive also the view on the ancient city walls. This is a landmark building carefully restored.

This was the best place of my 3 week Italian vacation. near wall of Orvieto there was lots of access to many directions in which I traveled back to tuscany to umbria lazio etc. Daniele was soooo kind and was always available to help. the place was new, spotless and an ample breakfaSt. his wife is due to have their first child soon. it felt like we were guests in their home. would highly recommend it and if I am ever in the area, I would rebook it. its location is perfect to travel all over the area. most places like Assisi,Perugia,Cortona,, as well as all the way up to Siena and the many small towns of Tuscany as well as Lake Bolsena and Civita Bagnoregna..... P,S, Viterbo IS NOT A TOURIST TOWN. DIRTY AND CROWDED.

Affittacamere Villa degli Ulivi was the most wonderful B&B. The owner was most gracious, as well as accommodating all our needs. If I ever return to Orvieto, I will definitely stay here again!!!

All is perfect in this B&B. The only problem when you arrive is the address Strada delle Conce 23 which is not the address of the B&B but the place where you must turn to the right on the road to Sferracavallo.

A bit difficult to find but overall great place to stay. Is a pretty steep but short walk up to the city access via an elevator or escalators

Staff went out of their way to help me resolve an issue with lost luggage and willingly drove me to a train station. Staff were very accommodating and wanted to make sure you had a good experience.

We have to get the train next day very earlyin the morning,so I read the information there is transportation service. This hotel family is very kind,but location is far from middle of Orvieto. If you have the car I recommend this hotel. Momy make cakes(8 kinds!!)in the morning.Thank you!!

PROS:Of the 16 hotels/B&Bs we stayed at during our 6 week vacation in Italy, I would rate this one among the very best! New property, on site parking, beautiful views of the valley, comfortable, spacious rooms, airconditioning. Helpful staff. First rate and an excellent value. Cons:No lift. Not for the physically challenged.
